My wife and I and our kids did this Sinhagad Fort and had a great time! The guide is excellent! My oldest said this was his favorite thing we did in country. Highly recommend if looking for a half day adventure to get out of the city.

A very enjoyable tour. I wanted some time away from the city's hustle and bustle and I got what I wanted. Dhruv was amazing as guide because he not only knew all the stories related to the place, but was also full of tips for where to go in Pune after the trip. I also liked his flexibility and the fact that I could have intelligent conversations with him on any subject. About the trip itself: the fort is a short walk from the parking spot, and once up there it is up to you how adventurous you feel and where you want to go for extra viewpoints. I visited in the off season - there seems to be more beauty during monsoon season - but also more crowds. For me, the stop at the lake didn't add anything and could have been taken out. But as always, opinions are highly personal, others might love the stop. It was short enough and Dhruv had enough stories to make me not mind. A memorable trip.

I had a very enjoyable half-day trip to Sinhagad and was extremely happy with the experience. Sachinn picked me up from my hotel in a comfortable, air-conditioned car, which made the journey very pleasant. The drive to Sinhagad took around 1 hour 15 minutes and was a great opportunity to observe the vibrant, busy everyday life around Pune. We also made a brief stop to admire the reservoir and for a toilet break. There was also the option to stop for breakfast, which I appreciated, although I had already eaten at my hotel. Sinhagad Fort itself is a fascinating place to visit. It sits on a flat-topped mountain and has an impressive layout, with two entrance gates and strong defensive walls in the places where the cliffs do not provide natural protection. The fort covers a large area, so we took a circular walking route, which allowed plenty of time to take in the spectacular views. Throughout the walk, Sachinn shared engaging information about the history of the fort, as well as insights into Hinduism and Indian astrology, which added a lot to the experience. We also stopped for an early Indian lunch, which was very good, and bottled water was provided during the walk, which was thoughtful and appreciated. After completing the circuit around the top of the mountain, we returned to the car park to meet our driver and headed back. The roads were a little busier on the return journey, so it took about 1 hour 30 minutes. Overall, I was very pleased with this trip. It was an excellent way to visit an important landmark, learn more about Indian history and culture, and see more of Pune. I would definitely recommend it.

I had a fantastic day — a clear five-star experience. Our guide Sachinn was warm, knowledgeable, and passionate, blending history and local stories that kept the group engaged. The fort was a highlight (the guide even described the British cannon salutes when they captured it), and we visited authentic spots off the usual tourist path. Food was a treat — the homemade thali and pakoda felt genuinely local. Sachinn handled logistics smoothly, took photos for the group, and shared useful tips on local customs. Why go: This tour offers history, culture, great food, and friendly service — perfect for first-time visitors wanting more than typical tourist stops. Tip: Wear comfortable shoes and bring water — and try the local snacks. Five stars — highly recommended.
