5.00As a solo traveler, I couldn’t have asked for a better way to explore Sintra than with this electric tuk tuk tour. It was the ideal mix of convenience, insight, and fun—and made what could have been a complicated day of sightseeing smooth and unforgettable. Joao, my guide, was absolutely fantastic. He was warm, easy to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable about Sintra and its history. Traveling alone, I really appreciated how comfortable he made the experience—answering all my questions and tailoring the day to make sure I saw as much as possible. I had pre-booked tickets for Pena Palace and Quinta da Regaleira, and Joao ensured we made the most of both visits. Beyond those two main highlights, he also drove by several other beautiful and historic spots that I never would have known to look for, let alone find on my own. The tuk tuk was a great way to navigate the area’s hills and winding roads, and allowed us to cover a lot of ground in one day. A special highlight was a trip out to the coast and Cabo da Roca—the westernmost point of mainland Europe—which offered absolutely stunning views. Joao even picked out a great local spot for lunch, where I got to enjoy warm, freshly baked chorizo bread. If you’re visiting Sintra, I can’t recommend this tour enough. It was personal, engaging, and incredibly efficient. A wonderful way to experience the magic of Sintra with a local guide who truly knows and loves the area.

5.00I recommend this to everyone! This trip shows you all of Sintra. You will see both the monuments and the beautiful nature. Henrique was such an amazing guide. He knew so much about the city and monuments, was a good storyteller, very thoughtful - he simply had the finest personality. Furthermore he responded very quickly in here so we were able to book the trip the evening before. Please go on this tour - you will not regret!

5.00I HIGHLY recommend Jummpy Adventures!! My family of 4 had an amazing time touring Sintra and surrounding areas with Rafael. He is such a lovely young man who loves what he does. The plan was to get a a good view of Pena Palace from the Moorish Castle but we couldn’t see a thing because of the fog. lol. I have to say tho, it made climbing the castle walls more interesting and mystical. We saw Quinta da Regaleira, Cabo da Roca, Cascais and more. Lunch and off-roading to the secret beach were both highlights. It was a fun day all around!! I can’t imagine seeing Sintra any other way.

He went out of his way to accommodate us and take us to some spots that would normally not be on a tour. Both guides were awesome with little kids and the old jeep style tour was so fun for adult and kids. Highly recommend Jummpy Adventures for your tour of Sintra. Highlight of our trip so far!! 5.00We just returned from our third trip to Portugal in just three years - this time to introduce our young kids to our favorite country. If you're looking for a fun day that includes a tour of Sintra, lunch in the coastal village of Colares and ends with amazing views over the most western point of Europe , look no further. Our guide, Henrique, was the most helpful , kind and fun guide - I was so sad when our time was up.
