What To Expect
This trip is One Way offer from point A to point B based on your pickup and destination selection for you and your group only. Once your reservation is done, we will be in touch with you via Viator Chat to make sure all the arrangements needed are ready for your trip in Costa Rica. We will send you a traveler information 24-48 hours before the flight time or trip for a smooth transition of your SJO Airport pickup, we will also share our WhatsApp number to be in contact with the driver directly. Our meet and Greet at your SJO Airport arrival will be at Malinche's Restaurant located a few steps of SJO Airport passenger arrivals exit there, our driver or representative will be holding a sign with your name to find you out easily. Once met, it will be time to start the trip to your destination in La Fortuna, Arenal hotels or rented properties nearby in our spacious and comfortable branded new Van with AC, reclinable seats, USB Port chargers and big windows to enjoy the ride. So, in order to make you feel like "At Home", we will offer you a courtesy drink such as Bottled Water or fruit Juices. Our multilingual English/Portuguese/Spanish drivers will point you out about the attractions on the road to take a picture, talk about the area, guide and immerse you in our Costa Rica nature and culture to make a memorable trip with us. For long distance trips, we will ask you if needed to do some stretching, go to the restroom, etc. We can make a 15 minutes stop at no cost for you in restaurants, convenience store or gas stations along the road, food or snacks are not included in this trip offer however, you can buy it at your own expenses at the place we stop. (Stops are subject to conditions like weather or business hours) We will continue the trip talking about Costa Rica attractions or topics of your interest until arrive to your destination in La Fortuna Arenal Volcano Hotels nearby, once there, our driver will help you with the luggage and any communication needed between you and your hotel or rented property to make sure your accommodation is fine. 5.00Francisco went above and beyond with our service. We were delayed in customs for quite a long time, and he waited patiently without any issue. He also kindly helped secure specific alcoholic beverages we requested and made a stop at a grocery store so we could pick up snacks. Because of the customs delay, we were running short on time for a night excursion, and Francisco adjusted the plan and dropped us directly at the excursion site to make sure we arrived on time. His flexibility, professionalism, and thoughtfulness truly made our arrival stress-free. Highly recommend.

5.00Francisco was great! The ride was super smooth and comfortable; Francisco gave us juice for the ride after a long, overnight flight. He was very communicative in picking us up, and also very knowledgeable about the area, offering insights into history, geography, and wildlife. He also stopped at our request for an ATM, and would have stopped for breakfast if we hadn't been so tired from our flight. We felt very safe and secure and got to the hotel in record time! I would definitely book again.
