Discover the Poiana Brasov ski resort and the Postavaru Massif together with a local. A licensed ski / snowboard instructor will pick you up from Brasov, drive you to the resort, assist you with the ski rental procedure, provide ski clothing (if not available) and suggest the appropriate ski slope for the level of the participants. He will provide an intensive 2-hour-long ski / snowboard lesson and share with you many tips and tricks of this sport. After the lessons, you can continue to practice on your own or extend your classes for the afternoon. When the slopes close the ski instructor becomes your private tour guide and informs you everything that you need to know about Transylvania. On the way back to Brasov you will stop at a sightseeing spot to take a panoramic view of the city. A stop at the White Tower is also included. Here you can take a glimpse of the old Town of Brasov from a highpoint. Learn how locals live and engage into interesting everyday discussions.

What To Expect
During this activity participants will learn how to ski or snowboard with the help of a licensed instructor. Those that already know it have a chance to perfect their skills. Expert skiers and snowboards will ride along professional ski instructors and explore the hidden gems of Poiana Brasov: 1. This experience starts with a drive from the city of Brasov to the Poiana Brasov. (If you're already accommodated in the ski resort, we will meet you there). 2. Next, we hit the rental shop and get you geared up. Your ski instructor will be available to recommend you the appropriate ski equipment matching your size, weight and ski level. 3. Ski clothing is provided by us, free of charge. (ask for it in your booking notes). 4. Depending on your ski / snowboard level, an appropriate slope will be selected. 5. Once arrived on the slope the ski instructor will provide a 2-hour long ski / snowboard lesson. 6. In the afternoon you can practice on your own or continue with lessons. (extra fee) 7. At around 5pm we will head back to Brasov. On the way we stop to admire Brasov from the Belvedere. We also briefly visit the White Tower!

5.00The ski instructor was super friendly, patient, and very kind. He explained everything in a simple and fun way, which made us feel comfortable on the slopes. He also kindly drove us in his car from our accommodation to Poiana Brașov and, after skiing, took us back home. This was really helpful and very appreciated. I really enjoyed the lesson, learned a lot, and I would definitely love to come back again for more ski lessons.

5.00Our instructor Vlad was very helpful and patient and taught us all the basics to be able to practice alone. Perfect slopes for beginners and advanced levels. He was also very happy to answer any of our questions and recommended other places to visit in Romania. Overall a highly recommended experience.

5.00We learnt more in one lesson with Vlad than we did in three previous lessons! He is really friendly, responds quickly to messages/questions and is very patient. He gave us a lot of confidence on the slope and managed to teach myself and my teenage children at our own levels. The lesson was excellent value for money and we would definitely recommend him. 5.00Skiing with Vlad in Brasov was awesome. My partner and I are both fairly new to the sport and Vlad was incredibly patient. He had us both up and skiing in next to no time. He even stopped at some beautiful historical landmarks on the way back to describe Brasovs history. The biggest shoutout to Vlad for also organising everything for our tour at the Bear sanctuary and castles. Highly recommend this company for anyone tossing up between a few. We will be back!

5.00Vlad is a brilliant ski instructor! We were beginners and he had us skiing independently after 2 hours. The ski lessons are good value for money and Vlad also arranged for our ski rental too. He even picked us up from our hotel! We would definitely recommend him and are intending on returning next year too. Highly recommend!

5.00Vlad was an excellent coach and found I was picking up the basics in no time at all! Would thoroughly recommend him. He is also a very nice guy who is very considerate and will tailor the session to your needs. I had a really enjoyable morning and will definitely return again and do more lessons with Vlad in the future.
