Our wonderful guide Ana gave us a superb visit. We learnt so much and we were able to build a vivid picture of Alhambra from her tour. It was a great experience.

Two things those who book tickets should know: 1. The time of the scheduled tour may be changed. and 2. The printed ticket may be incorrectly typed and you won't be allowed in the venue. Both occurred to us on an Alhambra booking

It was good. Nice guide! Learned a lot! But disapointed that the Nasrid palace wasn’t included.

When we’re supplied with audio guide devises - but NO earphones! The battery on my devise ran out half way through the tour; I asked the lady in the office for a refund which she said she could not give me but she would request from the office. The €20 refund was credited to my account and then taken back OUT of my account 24 hours later.

Repeatedly told all tickets were sold out days before our desired entrance day both online and from hotels. Went to TravelAdvisors and found tickets in English on the day and time desired. Don’t be disappointed when you are informed that all tickets for next month are sold. Many places in Granada have tickets for same day entry. This is not a tour for someone who has challenges with moderately steep inclines or navigating stairs for hours.

You walk a lot and there are steep and many stairs, but beautiful and fascinating. Definitely a must see in southern Spain.

An amazing experience in the Alhambra. Our guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and managed to explain the story in a very interesting way. It certainly made the visit much more special. Fully recommended!

We booked the 12:30pm guided tour of Alhambra and on the morning of our tour we got an email saying our tickets were ready. We drove 2.5 hr to Granada and when we arrived we were told our tour had been cancelled. No attempt was made to contact us through phone or email (both of which Viator had). The only option offered was to wait til 3:00pm for a guided tour, which we were unable to do as we had another event to attend or do a self-guided tour. No refund was made for the difference between a self-guided and guided tour and no apology was offered. An all round bad experience.
