1.00Amount paid: EUR €260,00 I paid for this tour about two weeks before going on the tour. I got tickets on my phone. During the process of booking, I was excited to be able to see the Alhambra inside the complex. After booking, I noticed something I had not seen before because I looked into a VIEW DETAILS tab that was not there before booking. It said I would be passing by the Alhambra. I called the number to get help and was told I could not cancel or get a refund, but I would be seeing 90% of it. I was not happy and definitely felt like it was false advertising. The day of the tour arrived. I had been given an address to go to.We arrived at the address and found no office or guide and nowhere to park. Because we could not find parking, I got out and searched the area. I found NOTHING. At this point, after looking at the ticket and finding no contact number, we went to Alhambra hoping to find our group. I texted the tour company with no response. One hour later, I got a response that I should come to the office to pick up the tickets. The responder said we had missed the tour. Since I was already at Alhambra, I showed the ticket to the entrance people and they said it was not a ticket at all. I was totally scammed. The Alhambra let us into the free area with our passports and I was not able to see ANYTHING else. I am requesting a refund. I would give this tour company and Viator ZERO rating.
