3.00We were disappointed that we were charged for the self guided audio tour when we had paid for a skip the line Guided Tour. We were unable to get to the meeting spot on time due to train delays that were out of our control and had advised you of that prior to our meeting time. When we reached the meeting spot we were given entrance tickets, which we were apprentiative of but then you charged us extra for the self Guided audio. We feel that was pretty cheap on your end. We would like to ask for a refund for the extra charge of 9 euros each for that service. That is the least you could do after a long and frustrating day trying to figure how we were going to be able to utilize our paid for skip the line Guided Tour with you.

4.00Sandra was brilliant in explaining the history. I was disappointed we didn't see the water figure sorrounded with lions and other impressive pillows with Arabic writing. I will enclose the photos of what I really wanted to see.

4.00We had a wonderful tour with Anna. She was knowledgeable about the history of Alhambra and very kind with the group. The visit felt like traveling through time and is definitely the highlight of our trip. I recommend to book a tour and don't forget to bring the right shoes for the walk up the hill.

1.00They changed the time of the visit the day before and we had to change our food reservation. Instead of being left at the entrance to lockers he stays where they have their business and is a beating walking and fast. It does not give time to enjoy or take photos and too much information.The most interesting that are Nasrid Palaces does not enter.
