Gives good idea of Alhambra but not the palaces, however still a good tour. Sandra our guide was very knowledgable & gave us a great feel for the Alhambra in the past. Worth doing if you cant do the whole Alhambra

We were about an hour into the tour when we got to the first place in La Alhambra where we had to show our ticket, only to discover that the company had made our tickets for six days later! We rushed back down to the town to get them fixed, but they told us there were no more spots that day, which was our only day in Granada. They apologized profusely and refunded our money, but we didn’t get to explore La Alhambra, which was the reason we visited Granada.

I rarely write reviews, but really wanted to share how much I appreciated Okans guiding. I could have listened all day, He was a rare individual who conveyed his great knowledge easily, with great humour, wisdom and passion. He was interested in so many elements, used different methods to convey difficult concepts and it was a privilege to meet him, it was an incredible experience and I would cheerfully go on his tour again, if I had time. He wasn't your usual guide, he was in a different league, and enhanced my stay enormously.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We bought our tickets to the Alhambra through this agency because all other tickets on the website were sold out for several weeks. We paid 259$ for 2 people for tickets with face value of 35 euros. We were sent information on where to meet with an address and map link for directions. When we clicked on the map link it took us to google and Apple Maps. We each chose an option. We were told we had reached our destination in a crowed plaza. We were right on time at 3 pm No evidence of a group or tour waiting. We wandered around the plaza but no luck. We called the company at around 3:15 pm. No answer. We texted on their link, no response. We ended up taking a taxi to the Alhambra to see if we could find the group. No luck. We called and texted the company again, no answer. Finally after almost an hour we were contacted by text to come back and the office to get our tickets. This would be be 2 more taxi rides and another 30 minutes. They refused to call me. They refused to email me the tickets or text them. The Alhambra closes at 6 pm. It was too late at this point. We eventually made it back to the office where the lady was so rude and not empathetic at all. She pretty much told us it was our fault completely and that was that! No answer for why they never called us except to say it was not their responsibility. I have very rarely been treated so poorly and with so little compassion about not only missing this experience but also at a premium cost. We were treated like garbage.

I am extremely unhappy with Play Granada first I paid for three people Skip the line Alhambra and General life for £157 which I assumed included the entrance to the Nasrid palace then they told me that even though i had paid there were no longer any tickets left so if i wanted to go we had to go the next day which was the day we were leaving and that it would be 119 per person ! so 357 euros ! I ended up paying as i really wanted to show my family inside the Nasrid palace .. we went on the tour and the tour guide spent an hour talking about two of the gates before we even got to the entrance to the Alhambra then we went into the fort section with her it was only then after two hours that four of the other people on the tour asked her about going inside the Nasrid that we discovered like them that it wasn’t included !! I was furious but it was too late ! it was so misleading very expensive and very disappointing when i complained to the tour company they said that it had been explained but the photos and the reviews and the fact that it was skip the line for the Alhambra meant that seven of us thought that included the Nasrid!! so not happy !

Our tour with Sandra was excellent! She was extremely thorough in her knowledge of the history. She was patient with the group as we wandered away for photos. She was very friendly and we could see how much she loved her job in the way she toured with us. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had paid 259$ for 2 people for a full access tour to Alhambra in Granada We only had one day in the city Online tickets were sold out for weeks prior to Face value of tickets 35 Euro They left us at the pick up spot because their online map directions took us to a plaza not an office We were there on time We waited for 15 minutes We attempted to call and message the office No response We finally decided to see if we could meet up with the group at the Alhambra ourselves so we took a taxi to the entrance No luck They finally texted me that if we wanted to get our tickets we had to come back to the office and get them This would require 2 more taxi rides and at least another 30-45 minutes The Alhambra closes at 6 pm it was already after 4 pm at this point This would have left us with less than an hour to see it They never bothered to call me at the start of the tour to check if we were lost or needed help NOTHING!! When we asked for a refund they refused and said it was our fault and they are not responsible to call or reach out to us THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE they were so rude and dismissive about our lost opportunity and money We had one day to see the amazing destination and they could not have cared any less about us I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges, but BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!

My wife and I enjoyed this tour. The Alhambra is beautiful and worth seeing. Anna did a great job. All the history plus the beauty. Great photo ops of the city below. Be warned that it is a walking tour. You have to walk up hill to the Alhambra. If this is not doable for you- this is not the tour to take.

Huge gardens. Palace of the incredible generalife. Disappointed not to have anticipated on the ticket to the Nereid Palace.
