5.00If you have any walking issues, take a bus or taxi to the Alhambra ticket gate. Do not attempt to walk from the Viator meeting place. It is all up hill and difficult for older people. Once we all got in our tour guide Sandra was amazingly knowledgeable. The 4 of us loved the sights and the wonderful history lesson we had. Our tour was small, only 11 people and the Algambra wasn’t that crowded in late March. It is definitely a tour to do on a nice day, we were lucky because the day called for some rain and we just had cloud. Once the tour ended there was the ability to go back and wander on your own if you wished. Booking with Viator was simple and the tour company that they use in Granada was quick to reply and helpful booking a flamingo show as well. If you go on one of these tours, you will not go wrong booking with this company.

Nice tour but long uphill walk from meeting point

4.00We enjoyed the tour, but didn’t realize we had to walk 20 minutes uphill to the gate. Our guide walked very fast and we would’ve rather taken a taxi to the gate and met our tour guide there. The guided tour was nice and informative. We saw lots of parts of Alahambra.

3.00Viator was responsible for the tour starting on a bad note. They did not send tickets until the day before and instead of the email including the tickets, you only had specific options to open the tickets that my brand new iPhone did not support. I had to call Viator for them to send tickets to me in a different form. By the time I got the tickets, we were late reading the instructions. The tour was great but Viator did not reveal it is a difficult climb for an older person.
