3.00While the guide was very knowledgeable, two issues impacted the tour. First, there were 27 guests in our group. This was not a small group tour as advertised. It appeared that several guests were added last minute. That might not have been a problem except for the 2nd issue. The headsets and microphone used by the tour operator were absolute junk. No one could hear the guide as the system kept putting in and out, with a lot of static. Multiple equipment changes by the guide did nothing to resolve the issue and most of us ended up just turning the devices off. So we were reduced to trying to hear the guide in a very noisy environment with a large group. I missed most of the commentary.

4.00Good quality guide ( Sandra ) Good format with a comfort break and occasions to look on your own. English speaking Spanish guide spoke little too quick and personally found her difficult to understand due to accent.

1.00Crazy guide lady, main palace was skipped, only details given were about soldier barracks. Wery poor preparation. Title is missleading, the main royal palace was skipped. Shame on you Viatour for booking with this tour opperator.

5.00It was a very interesting and informative tour of 3 hours. Our guide Sandra was very knowledgeable and could address all our questions. Though the tour was pricey but we consider it worthwhile. Highly recommended. We were also sold a Fleminco show by the company which was quite average. I would recommend to do your own research and find a better less costly show.

5.00The Sandra guide was great and introduced us to the history and all the assets of the Ahlambra and its beautiful gardens. We loved the 3-hour guided tour experience. It is definitely worth it and we highly recommend this guided tour.
