It was a very interesting and informative tour of 3 hours. Our guide Sandra was very knowledgeable and could address all our questions. Though the tour was pricey but we consider it worthwhile. Highly recommended. We were also sold a Fleminco show by the company which was quite average. I would recommend to do your own research and find a better less costly show.

Lots of walking up so wear good shoes. Some steep streets and uneven cobble stones. Give yourself time to get to meeting location.

I couldn't get a guided tour experience of Alhambra because I was late to the meeting point and there was no reply from the organizer either to my WhatsApp messages or phone calls. The day we planned this activity at 3pm was the day when we landed in Seville airport. The arrival was late and renting the car was a long process. Also, it was raining and the road was very busy. So, during our drive to Granada I've sent a WhatsApp message saying that we are coming directly to Alhambra with a delay of few minutes. But no one replied. In the Alhambra entrance we couldn't find any help and there was no reply to our regular or WhatsApp calls. On 3:30pm finally the WhatsApp message come, and we were happy expecting the interactive and fast response. Instead, we were asked to complete a document online to send us the tickets. We sent it, but they couldn't get it a request to fulfil the same document. At that time was almost 4pm, and we gave up of the chance to have our guided tour.

That when you book the visit to the Alhambra you book the NAZARI PALACES, they are the most important thing and if you do not know in advance you skip them. At school when they talked about the Alhambra there was a picture of the lions’ yard, I never thought they were called any other way. They'd have to clear it up with pictures. Very

We waited too long to book tickets on our own through the Alhambra website so were happy to find two spots for the day we needed through Viator for a Friday. The cost was approx 100 euros per person which was a lot but we decided was worth it. A few days before the tour Play Granada contacted us to say there were no tickets which they blamed on the Alhambra. They offered to cancel our Viator tour and book directly with them for the following day for 149 euro person. We considered this and felt we were stuck and had to accept. When we agreed, they then raised the price to 159 eura per person. They then blamed Viator for the problem. I think this was a classic bait and switch. They offered spots they didn’t have at a price they wouldn’t honor. This cost us 338 euros for two people and it was a big group tour. We still had to wait in a group line so it was hardly “skip the line”. The tour was decent and informative but not great. I would recommend avoiding this company.
