Michelangelo's David as you've never seen it before. We will go through the life of the great genius of all times. I will have the pleasure of telling you all the secrets that hide behind the genius of Michelangelo and the giant David.
Our path will be on the Pietro Perugino Rafaello's master, Filippino Lippi. Domenico Ghirlandaio the master of Michelangelo in painting. We will walk through the history of the Medici and try to understand why the Renaissance was born in Florence. Why is the Medici family so important to Michelangelo? We will analyze Lorenzo the Magnificent and his brother Giuliano. At the Galleria del Accademia there is not only the Giant David..
Please remember that tickets are not included in the price, I will buy tickets in advance for you and you will pay me when you arrive in Florence before starting the tour. A ticket costs 20 euros, under 18 years old the ticket costs 4 euros but they must have an identity document with them. I can only take cash. Grazie

4.00Our tour of Michelangelo’s David was absolutely wonderful. Claudio was a fantastic guide—both entertaining and incredibly informative. His passion for art and history brought the statue (and the Renaissance) to life in such an engaging way. We learned so much while also having a great time. Only caution: be sure to read the tour fine print. There’s an additional €20 per person fee in cash required at the time of the tour. Otherwise, this experience would have been an easy five stars!
