4.0We loved our guide Matthew!! He was very knowledgeable and funny! It was out of his control but the Basilica was closed during the time of our tour and we have not received any message about a partial refund which is frustrating because it was half of the tour.

1.0There was 5 people booked for a guided tour in English for St Mark’s Basilica and the Doge’s Palace , after arriving and starting tour we were informed by the guide that St Mark’s was closed that day , felt the company should of been aware of this before the tour and given the option to cancel or reschedule. We are waiting to hear from the company with a refund , felt this was very unfair for the amount of money we paid, hopefully the company will reimburse us for the amount paid .

4.0Lots of walking and standing on hard stone floors. Beautiful paintings throughout. Goldleaf ceilings, Beautiful. Our guide, Sandra was fantastic, very knowledgeable regarding history of Venice. Only 3 of us on the tour made it even better, like our own private tour.
