The tour was wonderful! Our guide Valentina was eloquent, knowledgeable and engaging. It was very clear how much she loves her beloved Venice! We highly recommend this experience!

Very informative tour. Elena an excellent guide albeit headphones not the best so at times difficult to hear her commentary. Downside I thought the experience was a little overpriced given the respective entry prices to the two attractions and the 'mark-up' per person (circa x20) added for the benefit of having a guide.

Had a great time doing this the first time. This time however not as good a guide and saw less of the exhibit. Slightly disappointed in that. But it’s a good place to visit regardless.

Guide was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, everything was very crowded. She would start explanations before everybody got to be near her so you couldn’t see what she was talking about.

Everything about this tour was excellent. Meeting place was well organized and professional with an air conditioned office to wait in. Our tour guide was so very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Always kept us informed of timing, distances, tickets and security. The Basilica and Palace were both so beautiful to see and interesting to learn all the history of Venice. A definite must do with this company City Wonders.

Have had a disappointment, with a Airbnb trip the day before, when the start point was so poorly advised even the locals hadn't heard of it, and after and hour had to give up trying to find it! This trip was both well organised and professional, with the guide extremely knowledgeable and friendly (sadly unable to remember her name). Having headphones clearly helps when you are in a group and surrounded by many other people, all getting the history of the buildings and Venice.
