Enjoyed Claudia’s knowledge sharing, gentle voice and conversational pace. She added a dimension to the Sisi persona by describing her husband and humanising him as humble and hardworking. It balanced the legend. Also liked her hints about observing and understanding historical motifs and symbols. Thank you Claudia for a good way to spend the day

We got lucky. At the German speaking group we were 4 people. That resulted in a private tour. With a friendly guide who, well prepared, knew a lot about Sisi (with an S), which is not mentioned in the films. For questions about the history of Austria and the Habsburgs, we came to the right place. Plus a very successful tour of the palace.

Claudia was really knowledgeable and very friendly. She kept a large group entertained and even my 14 year old daughter was very impressed. Thank you Claudia 🫶

Mikail is so knowledgeable about the Habsburg family, the buildings and the grounds. He had great stories about the architecture and statues.

Super experience, very competent guide, and recommendable instead of walking around with an Audiguide.

A very pleasant experience, although it is in English, the guide Celini speaks with great clarity and sympathy, showing in detail the Sissi Museum and the Hofburg Palace.

Information about the Habsburgs, their long domination in Europe, details regarding the 2-3 most prominent Habsburgs, details on the architecture of the Hofburg and, mainly, details on Sisi, her life and lifestyle.

So happy I booked this tour. We were there around Christmas and the museum was sold out on the day we visited. The tour was great and a perfect length for the kids (11 and 14). The guide did a wonderful job and the museum was very interesting. I would definitely recommend this tour.
