Petronas Twin Towers
The twin 88-story steel and glass buildings known as the Petronas Twin Towers (or Petronas Towers), completed in 1996, are icons of Malaysia. Designed to symbolize courage and the country’s advancement, the towers connect by a double-decker Skybridge between the 41st and 42nd floor—the world’s tallest two-story bridge of its kind—forming the shape of an “M” for Malaysia.

3.00We visited on Thursday, Cheaper to buy at the entrance if you are over 60 and there was no queue. No more expensive if you are paying full price either

1.00Apart from the view which is beautiful, the rest is catastrophic. It is very bad if we arrive in front of the towers and none of the guards clearly indicate where the entrance is. Then the flash code tickets do not work, it is imperative to show a paper (like printing) to finally access the elevator. Then everything is timed, only 10 minutes to enjoy the view, it doesn’t even allow time to view the films or use the binoculars made available, let alone locate themselves geographically, geologically and visualize the places of visits. It's a far cry from the Japan Tower standard, for example. On the way back down, the cafe is very small and no seats available even if you wait a bit. So we're a long way from the standards of this kind of performance. Strongly that the experience is improved, for now I advise against.

5.00Pity the tour operator YTS Holidays did not advise the tickets would only be sent 24 hours before the scheduled date of the Twin Towers visit. I enquired several times asking for the tickets and the only reply was "we will email you the tickets when available". Better communication is needed when making the booking.

5.00You need to make sure you arrive at least 15 mins before your time slot. It’s an amazing experience, we went in the evening when the towers were lit up and I would strongly recommend doing that. Definitely a highlight of our trip to KL.

1.00I’ve traveled to over 40 countries around the world & been to some of the most famous land marks and this was the worse. Couldn’t find a way in to start with as there was No signage to find the entry to get into the towers . I asked 2 security guards and they just pointed down the street . Finally figured out that it was In Side the shopping center. There was no way to know that anywhere outside of the entry . Then we had to go through a maze and down escalators to find the beginning of the tour. Lucky we gave our self a time . To get out child a ticket we were directed to a desk that was unmanned. Once we were scanning out tickets we were told our baby nappy bag can’t come in . The towers then selfs were beautiful and an amazing view but getting to the view was a disaster.

1.00The tower is nice to see but for this outragous prise it is not worth it. We also went to the coffee shop and half of the menu was not available, we ended up sharing a bottle of water. Also we bought a "skip the line" tickets but according to the staff they do not have any such tickets. So, the question is why Viator sells "skip the line tickets" at a higher price ??? Well, we will not use their service in the future, that is for sure.

1.00Due to system error I did not receive the tickets on the day of the event which would be 23/11 at 18:15 hs , through embarrassment and frustration I request cancellation of the purchase and refund of the amount!

4.00Easy to book and some good reminders from Tripadvisor - leave plenty of time to get there traffic and peak times can be challenging. Some directions on best drop off points and access from KLCC would be useful - albeit once inside Suria KLCC it is well signed.
