Hofburg tickets (Sisi Museum & Imperial Apartments) include timed entry to skip the ticket line.
The corridors in the Sisi Museum are narrow, crowded and loud, so you will need to stay close to the guide.
2025: Sisi Museum is under renovation, so access to certain rooms and exhibitions is restricted.
Free entry to courtyards, Heldenplatz & Burggarten.
The gardens are not green or lit in winter—book a morning tour or visit in spring, summer or autumn. For guest safety, if the weather is bad (e.g. snowy day), we will offer an alternative route. From 08.11 to 31.12, you will have a chance to visit a local Christmas Market instead.

Meet your guide at Schullin "Watches in the Looshaus", Michaelerplatz 3. Closest Subway Station: Herrengasse, Bus Stop: Michaelerplatz. Wait in front of the white building with a green-grey marble facade, 4 columns at the entrance and a gold inscription "SCHULLIN" above. Start your tour with a look around Michaelerplatz, a historic square framed by elegant Baroque architecture and the Hofburg Palace. This charming plaza sets the stage for your journey through imperial Vienna.

4.00Our guide was very knowledgeable about everything that surrounded this museum. Very interesting visit to a historic building in Vienna with a lot of history surrounding the square but also the people living there. But the band was way too big. 27 participants in French is about ten people too many. the device provided to hear the guide cut because some rooms were smaller could not accommodate everyone so those outside the signal cut and we lost information. It was a laborious start to count the participants before the visit could begin. It’s worth doing this tour but it would be good if the company limited the number of participants to improve the quality of interactions and have the opportunity to hear everything in the guide.

3.00Waiting endless ta in the cold, preferable to visit them with audio guide that is always included in the cost of the simple ticket. You visit in half an hour without the many waits of the guide. Historical rooms everything else clothes and jewelry by Sissi only copies of the originals. The cost of the tour 130 euros per couple, really exaggerated, is not worth the expense.
