Come to the TV Tower at the appointed time (we recommend arriving 15-20 minutes earlier and enjoying the exhibits on the ground floor) and wait your turn. The electronic display board will notify you when it is time to head to the lifts. In 2012, the newly renovated TV tower opened its doors to visitors once more, and it has since become a new tourism magnet in the city. In addition to excellent panoramic views at the height of 170 metres. Please note: • No refunds are given for tickets that are not used within the allotted time • All rooms at the Teletorn are wheelchair accessible, except for the 22nd floor terrace • Baby carriers we ask you to leave the 1st floor wardrobe

We took a bus and drove about 40 minutes from the old town. We visited this tower 300 meters high. We climb in elevator halfway up because the rest is just a huge emitter. This tower was originally built for the 1980 Russian Olympics. At the top nice panorama of the city and the forest at the foot.

We went up 21 floors to 170 meters. Once at the top, everything looks pretty rocky. Some floor windows down were blind. We were lucky with the weather and the sun. Therefore, we had a beautiful distant view. In 10 minutes we were around once and went down again. We could have saved the EUR 28.00.

A bit on the pricey end, but the tour provides a nice insight into the history and significance of the tower to the city. The sight from the top is also phenomenal, and would have been even better if the weather was a bit nicer.

Skeptical at first but then I had to change my mind, a nice walk out of town (not too much) with Tallinn's efficient transport, and I arrived at the Tallinna Teletorn. Helpful and kind employees, I could admire Tallinn from the 21st and 22nd floors, and have a really interesting 3D experience (7euro). I was absolutely satisfied with the visit

What a place, steeped in soviet history. Great views from the top and when we went there was incredible wind on the terrace! Losing a star due to price. Unfortunately because of the price we couldn't stay for a drink at the top. But would recommend for any first time visitors to Tallinn.

Decent, great views, and you can walk outside for a small section. There’s a cafe above the viewing platform. Only a short drive from the centre of Tallin.

We visited the Tallinn TV Tower on Reservation for Dinner. Large free parking available immediately at the exit. The tower stands in a beautiful park. At the base there is a small shop. Before reaching the panoramic terrace there is a floor in which the history of the television tower is illustrated where experiences for children are also available. The view is really very nice; you can see Tallinn and suburbs from the highest point. Prices in line with experience.

I think it's very nice. The museum part of it is very interesting and interactive, and the overall experience was super nice. The people working there were super helpful as well. You do need to have more time dedicated for it, because it's further away into the city, and it will take time to look around and get back.

The tower is far from the city: we arrived with a Bolt on the way and returned by bus. It is similar to many other TV towers and the entrance is certainly not cheap (18 Euro each), but the tower is the tallest building in Estonia (314 m) and the view from the top of the area is very nice. On the ground floor, in addition to the shop, is explained, with large images, the history of the Tower, built in the 70s and finished at great speed by the USSR which, meanwhile, had been selected to host the 1980 Olympics. When Estonia declared independence in 1991, an armed contingent of the USSR tried to take possession of the tower which was defended by people who rushed there to obstruct the Soviets. A small number of Estonian soldiers barricaded themselves on the floor where the communications equipment was and blocked the elevator. Climbing the stairs wasted the Russians' time, and so the tower was saved. With a very fast elevator you go up to the 21st floor, a large panoramic room with some "portholes" in the floor, from which you can see the void under your feet, and some multimedia or experiential equipment. We could not go to the terrace because of the wind (and the cold!) but we did not mind. There is also, upstairs, a restaurant. But of course the most beautiful thing is to look at a green territory (and in our case, being winter, also very white!), flat as we are not used to, and that is lost in the sea...
