  Skip the line tickets is the way to go! But do not take the guided tour. We were able to view the exhibits we wanted to see without being rushed through.

  It was epic from start to finish.Another one ticked off my bucket list.something I would recommend for everyone to say.I learned about this in school as a teenager,

  I really cannot give it even a star but I am forced to.. I booked this ticket for the museum at the Vatican (Sistine chapel) paying much over the actual entrance fee but that was okay because I knew it was a service… My instructions were clear.. Redeem the voucher at a specified location for the actual ticket.. I arrived into Rome a little later than expected due to delays and the place I was expected to redeem the voucher was open till 6:00 pm.. I got to the hotel around 4:30 pm freshened up and hired a taxi to the location they had given me paying 30 euros and reached at the destination they provided 15 mins prior to closing time.. The place was locked up and couldn’t reach anyone.. Meanwhile I had texted them saying that I was late and might not be able to reach the pick up point in time and if it was possible to send me the tickets electronically but I got no response.. Later that night, I got a response stating that, I could receive the tickets electronically and I responded that I would like to do that and which is what happened.. If the tickets can be delivered electronically, then why do you ask the customer to pick up the ticket in person the day before before 6:00 pm and have then spend their time and money to get there to find the place closed prior their closing time. I am totally disgusted with their service and lack of accountability especially when you paid about $40-50 over the actual price of the entry fee.. You expect some value for what you pay but instead spend more money to get your ticket that your already paid a premium for.

  Grateful to have been able to skip the line but some downloadable info on the Museum would have been a good addition

  This was underwhelming. There were some interesting exhibits but you do not have time to stop and really see them due to the number of people making their way through, it was so crowded. The tour coordinator was helpful and the skip the line tickets were key to get in.
