Excellent skip-the-line experience! The entrance was well organized and we avoided the long queues for visitors without reservations. There is still a short security check (10 minutes) , but it moved very quickly and saved us a lot of time overall. Everything was clear and smooth, and it made our visit much more enjoyable. Definitely worth it and highly recommended!

This is just an expensive ticket. We still had to queue- it moved fast but it was the same queue as everyone else. Tour company changed our start time based on the Sistine Chapel - which we later found out was closed for the entire day 😞

Sooooo thankful we did this! A little confusing as to where to meet, but once we found Dario, so easy to get in. Doing the tour at our own pace is the way to go, glad we didn't get in on a tour group. Got to see things that others didn't visit. Highly recommend this ticketing experience.

It was overcrowded, could not hear our guide due to the overcrowding. Moved through so fast do not know what we were looking at. The sistine chapel was not at all enjoyable. Way too many people all talking and taking photis and 1 door exit with hundreds of people. Disgusting. The only good areas were the gardens and the garage of all the Pope vehicles, that was excellent.

I did this same tour back in March and had a great experience with correct meeting place, time, and getting right to the front of the line. I booked again a few weeks ago and was very disappointed in the lack of leadership and planning on the tour guides part. We didn't "skip the line" and the guide was an hour late then the scheduled time we booked for. We didn't have long in Rome so the time at the Vatican was rushed which was unfortunate. I would recommend just buying a ticket when you get there and waiting in line because that's what we had to do anyway.

This is really a ticket delivery service but is definitely helpful. The guy met us, gave us our tickets and escorted us up to the ticket machine at the entry. He was very friendly and answered our questions while we waited in line.

Must see in Rome. I spent all day and was easily able to guide myself. I got tickets here because Vatican website was counterintuitive.

I am so glad I booked this service. The line looked so long but we went inside in less than 5 minutes. It was fast and our guide took us up to the entrance of the museum which we were happy about. Definitely recommend and worth it!

Very easy instructions which from what I read of other tours is one of the most frustrating parts, our guide was outside of the cafe 15 minutes prior wearing a bright blue coat with the company name. We were sitting at the Expresso cafe down the way and was able to spot him, also do NOT eat at the cafe they have you meet at, the prices are not correctly reflected with a 12% increase. The expresso cafe down the way was amazing with extremely friendly staff. We met our guide and he was very sweet and nice, fluent in a few languages. He guided us through the entrance, yes even if you have a skip the line pass you will most likely be in a line with everyone else that also has skip the line passes, it goes very quick though. Our guide had our vouchers printed for us and showed us where the audio tour was and we did the self guided from there which is 1,000 times better than shuffling in those insanely large groups. Avoiding the large groups was definitely the down side.
