5.00We had a problem with our taxi (unrelated to this service) on the way there and I thought we were going to miss our entry because of it. When I contacted them to inform them about it they were fast to respond, went above and beyond by helping us with translation with the taxi driver, and then still helped us get in, skipping the line as promised, despite being almost 30 minutes late to our meeting point!

3.00This people charge an extra €50 for no line, for a super experience and guided tour. She had to pay at the Vatican extra for the guided tour, it was super hard to find them because the people at the entrance don’t take the PDF on your phone, you have to get the print paper from them, and we had to do the line for 30min

2.00Don’t book a later tour if you want to go to basilica was told can not go as to late n church would be closed should have been clear in booking. Also guide talked way to much was like drinking water from fire hydrant never paused just talked and talked. Also if point to pictures outside with stick that has big scarf on it. You can not see pics!

4.00Great option if you want to skip the lines but want to enjoy your visit at your own pace without a guide. We also took advantage of an optional skip the line for St Peter’s Basilica before our Vatican museum tour. A guide met up with us in front of the Basilica, escorted us through security and then let us explore at our own pace. An hour later he met us at a different meetup location closer to the museums and led us through the crowd of people right to the front of the line , and stayed with us till we cleared security and all the lines to get in.
