No one came to pass tickets to us as it was promised in Viator letters. We waited almost an hour near Giotto's statue as was prescribed but in vain. We contacted our operator via the app a few times and didn't get any response. It was just unbelievable. We didn't get any tickets and we want a full refund.

I booked tickets to get into the Uffizi through the Tripadvisor site from Italy Pass Tours. There was a designated time and place to pick up the tickets ("meet below the statue of Giotto"). No one showed, and the local help phone line (in Italy) rang without being answered. I have requested a refund through Tripadvisor. I had not booked directly with the Uffizi in advance and had to go through this secondary outlet. They are either incompetent or a fraud.

My tour operator never showed up to the agreed meeting point to give me the tickets. This caused me to not be able to do this activity and ruined my plans

Amazing place, once you get in..... had a timed ticket for 10.15, eventually got in at 12!!! No proper queuing system ( I'm British, so it's essential!!:) ) meant that once you got to a certain point nearer to the entrance it was almost farcical. Eventually noticed attendants holding up A4 pieces of paper with times on them, not helpful if you are snaked around the block queuing- even then waited 30 mins before eventually getting in. Cafe good, gallery attendants nearly have a heart attack if you ask them a question.. Allow plenty of time for queuing...

Bad experience, I paid €94 for 2 tickets to the Uffizi Gallery, at one time, without queues and with audio guide. What I had was a complete despair and a feeling that I was very mistaken because it started with the agent who should deliver us the tickets that was not identified nor the well-determined place, then I was delivered 2 pieces of paper (a photocopy in A6 that was hardly read what was written there) that only mentioned that they were 2 tickets with a marked time in the value of 29,00€ each (???? I paid 45€ each) That is, we didn't have priority and much less the audio and well I showed all the emails, confirmations and payment I made to be able to have at least the audio but in the gallery they always said that I had no right and really the paper did not make any reference. As such I do not recommend because you will surely be fooled as I was! Oh, bad!

Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend. Im sure sure would have talked for many more hours about the rich history of everything.

The Viator Guide did not have anything to let us know he was our meeting point. A guide from another Tour Operator actually pointed him out to us so we then knew where to go - otherwise we would have missed getting our ticket from him and our entrance. Usually Guides have a paddle or Viator Flag on a long stick they can hold up for everyone to see (near &. far)...other than that everything went smoothly and we got in on time and enjoyed the museum.

Although we had timed tickets we still queued for an hour and a half and got in an hour late. Ensure you give at least 60 minutes to queue The art did centre around religious iconography and all a bit samey. Some excellent art work but all a bit samey. All in all I wouldn't recommend

Despite “skip the lines” claim, we waited in line half an hour, just to get to the security checkpoint. Our guide was pleasant but difficult to understand and the “whisper” audio headsets were scratchy which made listening to the narrative a chore. Others in our group had a similar experience.

Once we found our meeting spot ( it was like a scavenger hunt amongst the many statues) it was smooth sailing from there. Olga led our tour and was very knowledgeable and engaging. No one prepared us for the 6 flights of stairs going to the top floor to begin the tour. We later found out that there was an elevator my husband could have taken. He was a pacemaker. The Uffizi was high on my bucket list and I’m thankful I got to go and see many artworks in person that I’ve only seen in Art History books. What an experience! The bookstore looked like it was undergoing renovation. I bet when they are finished it will be amazing but until then, it was underwhelming. The museum bookstores are one of my add-on highlights of art museums.
