Very convenient way how to get your museum tickets without standing in line for 2-3 hours. Everything was very understandable, we found Italy Pass meeting point easy and got our tickets fast. Thank you!

We were given wrong tickets. We purchased fast pass guided tour tickets and received reg tickets. Disappointed

We purchased skip the line tickets, met our “guide” and did not skip the line. In fact we had to wait in a really long. I say, “guide” because all they did was print out our tickets, hand them to us and tell us to wait in line. Would not recommend.
