Extremely knowledgeable guide. Wow. We all enjoyed. I would have liked a bit shorter but I understand there was a lot to cover. Our guide was awesome.

Do not bring bottles over 500 cl to museums. All very beautiful and fascinating for those who love art and history.

The label 'Instant Access Entry' is misleading - once your Viator rep has given you your tickets, you still have to wait in the huge line on the left. But it does move fast (10 minutes to the front) so is better than the complete chaos of trying to get into the Uffizi in the line on the right. Inside the gallery's collection is breathtaking, and unmatched anywhere in the world for Italian Renaissance painters. But the layout of the gallery is a very confusing warren of hallways, stairs and anti-rooms and the signage is poor. Ultimately you have to accept that 'this is how they do it in Florence', suck it up and enjoy the truly wonderful collection of art and sculptures. And quick tip: the easiest toilets to use are next to the gift shop at the end - the others can have very long waiting time and are hidden down multiple stairwells

The price at the door for the Uffizi is €29 or about $46CDN ($92 for two people) We paid $142 CDN just to walk through the door— no audio guide, no tour guide. I’m not sure what the extra $52 was for. I have used Viator a lot in the past and have never been ripped off this badly. Lu from Canada

Uffizi was beautiful, but the process to get the Viator "voucher" turned into an actual ticket was a nightmare.
