To get to the top floor the 4 flights of stairs can be tough. There is an elevator. The views from the top floor are beutiful. Absolutely packed with art. Take your time. Audio tours are really helpful.

Overall worth seeing. Be prepared for many stairs.

Well laid out gallery, superbly organised entry process and good explanatory notes for all items. Initial stairs (126 steps) can be daunting but easier from there on.

I could not download the tickets in the app. I kept getting sent in a circle— app to email to app to email. The download to my wallet was just a voucher, not a ticket. Finally found tickets in original email. I never did figure out the audio guide. It wasn’t use of the museum’s audio guide. The museum was pretty cool, though.

First, i only wanted to see the Annunciation. Some Caravaggio & Venus face by Boticelli. But here’s a quick room‑by‑room cheat sheet i generated from Uffici works w/o wandering aimlessly: • Botticelli – Birth of Venus & Primavera → Room 10‑14 (Botticelli Rooms) 2nd floor, west wing. Displayed side‑by‑side, makes it easy to compare the mythic scenes • Leonardo da Vinci – Annunciation → Room 15 (Leonardo Room), 2nd floor, near the central corridor. It’s one of Leonardo’s earliest works, w/ other early Renaissance pieces. • Michelangelo – Doni Tondo → Room 25 (Michelangelo Room), 2nd floor, east wing. Look for the circular panel on the wall opposite the Raphael works. • Raphael – Madonna of the Goldfinch → Room 26 (Raphael Room), second floor, east wing, right next to Michelangelo’s tondo. • Caravaggio – Medusa → Room 28 (Caravaggio & Baroque Room), second floor, east wing, displayed on a shield‑shaped mount • Titian – Venus of Urbino → Room 30 (Venetian Masters), second floor, east wing, hung near other Venetian colorists. • Artemisia Gentileschi – Judith Beheading Holofernes → Room 31 (Baroque Women Artists), second floor, east wing, placed with other dramatic Baroque narratives • Giotto – Ognissanti Madonna → Room 2 (Giotto & Early Renaissance), first floor, west wing, near the entrance to the museum’s chronological flow. • Piero della Francesca – Portraits of the Duke and Duchess of Urbino → Room 12 (Piero della Francesca), second floor, west wing, displayed with his other perspective‑driven works.

Beware of this tour! The website promises "Do not wait in line". We have for 30.12. SKIP THE Line Uffizi tickets purchased on Crown Tours. 15 min before the timeslot we were no one from the tour operator. About 10 minutes later a lady arrived who handed us the tickets, and kindly directed us to a human queue. There were 1,000 people in front of us. After 15 minutes we were only a little further along and long after our slot. Somehow the operators don't have this under control! We are left with a terrible experience!

As a couple we paid 4 € admission being both under 25 years old, huge museum, manicured spaces but very VERY crowded, which can make it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. About the exhibition itself little to say, mammoth, impressive, get lost in the various corridors and admire art in its purest form. Mandatory experience if you visit Florence, ruined only by the large crowds and the continuous reverberation in the background.

No one came to pass tickets to us as it was promised in Viator letters. We waited almost an hour near Giotto's statue as was prescribed but in vain. We contacted our operator via the app a few times and didn't get any response. It was just unbelievable. We didn't get any tickets and we want a full refund.
