Terrible Company Service

1.00The experience itself was amazing, but buying from this company was not good at all. I usually don’t write reviews, but I am upset about how much they inconvenienced me and my family. I spent $500 for this activity, and they sent me an email 30 minutes before our tour started that I needed to come pick up paper tickets from their office. I told them I was upset that I had to pay an extra $25 just to Uber there, they said I didn’t have to do that because the walk was close, and that was untrue. It was a 10 minute walk, but also when we got to pick up our tickets, they weren’t ready, and we had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get them. We weren’t with a tour guide either, which I thought we would be (could have been my fault - may have misread), but paying $500 for tickets to the museum and Sistine Chapel is expensive. And to be so inconvenienced is not okay. I would definitely recommend a different tour company.

5.00I had a great experience with this ticket seller for the Vatican Museums. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. What stood out the most was their excellent customer service— I needed to make a last-minute change to the time of my visit, and they responded quickly and accommodated the change without any hassle. The skip-the-line access worked perfectly, saving us a lot of time. Highly recommend this seller for their reliability and prompt support!
Great Experience, but Late Ticket Delivery

5.00Everything about the Vatican Museum skip-the-line tickets was great—the process was easy, and the entry was smooth. The only downside was that I received the tickets only 3 hours before my scheduled visit, which made me a bit tense, as I wasn’t sure if everything would go as planned. Thankfully, everything worked out, and the experience was amazing. The skip-the-line feature saved us so much time. Just a heads up for future travelers: make sure you’re okay with receiving the tickets last-minute!
