A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
You are advised to be ready at the meeting point up to 15 minutes ahead of the start time to ensure a prompt start. After leaving the meeting point, your guide will bring you inside the Vatican Museums. Since we have a strict entrance time, in case of delays and late arrivals, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to add you to the group.
Important: The 'Ticket Only' option covers admission fees only and does not include a guided tour nor access to the St. Peter's Basilica
Depending on the size of your group, headphones may be used for some tours. In that case, headphones will be provided. However you may use your own earbuds if you wish.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any walking impairments that require special assistance on our group tours. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages.

4.00Be prepared for a long day and lots of walking. Guide was very good and got us past quite a few queues, however, it was still very crushed with not much time to look. The overall experience was excellent though and a great experience. We learnt lots from the guide who was very experienced and knowledgeable.
Horrendous Last Minute Cancellation

1.00The Roman Guy cancelled our private pre-opening tour less than ten days before we were scheduled to visit. Don’t trust this company. Let’s start at the beginning: we booked a semi-private tour. They sent us an upgrade e-mail to go to the pre-opening Sistine Chapel visit and so we booked. They then told us that they would not refund part of the first trip. I should’ve known that they would be a problem at that point. Now, here we are on our actual cruise with no time to scramble and they cancel our tour? What a joke and a scam this company is. There are other companies out there and I would recommend any of them over this group.

3.00Not sure this was a good value for us. Skip the line was worth paying for. The tour did a good job of ushering us in quickly. Our guide was a bit difficult to understand and he spent time on things we weren't interested in. A better guide would make a big difference. If going again I would consider going early in the day and touring myself- would save a lot of $ this way.
