  Picked up on time at the port as we were cruising. Fitted out with snow suits highly recommended if you do not want Smokey clothes. Sleigh Ride was warm and the night sky was a sight to see. We stopped and had an amazing meal of Reindeer Pita and a delicious hot Cinnamon Roll. Then the spectacular Northern Lights appeared with the stars and constellations appearing in full view. The staff were awesome full of knowledge and took care of us all. If I could give 6 out of 5 stars I would.

  Stayed at FLATMOEN NATUR Alta norway Had one night under the stars with a wagon ride & a camp-fire dinner to see the northern lights. We saw them a little bit .slept in a cabin with a spar and a class top roof . The wagon ride was really good (when there is snow, it will be a sleigh ride ) the dinner around a camp-fire was really good the hole experience was really fantastic l recommend it

  We were very happy with our excursion with this company. A sleigh ride at night..a homemade meal, a special drink and the best apple pastry ever tasted. The guides were very friendly, informative, entertaining and genuine in their sharing. The horses drawn sleigh was awesome and we were kept warm firstly by the special clothing we were kitted out with then with the fire at the camp we had our meal. This company could not be faulted and come with 5 out of 5 rating from us. A highlight of our journey into northern Norway.

  Perfect evening thanks to Jonny & Levi of Flatmoen Natur. Thankfully found this amazing sleigh ride under the Northern Lights after looking up excursions for my cruise to Norway & cannot tell enough people what a must this is, if your visiting Alta. Our gorgeous Norwegian fjord horse mountain flower took excellent care of us as did Jonny on our very comfortable ride through the woods, next to the river, alongside the mountains taking us to our campfire. Once at our campfire we were greeted by Levi who gave us traditional Glogg, a sliced cured meat appetiser whilst then cooking for us a Norwegian meal of reindeer which was the best meal we’ve had since being away. We were then treated to handmade cinnamon buns warmed on our glowing campfire. Jonny & Levi were so attentive, always ensuring we were comfortable, warm enough, had enough to drink, just making it a night we never wanted to end with their warm hospitality, stories, food, drink & company. Just wish we were in Alta for longer as I already want to come back & experience everything they offer as know anything they do will always be a truly unique, personable, memorable experience. Huge thank you Jonny, Levi and of course Mountain Flower.

  It was a great experience, with two fabulous guides. Through a beautiful landscape to a adorable picknick-place with romantic candles and firelight ... and even a private toilet. A great meal was prepared (traditionional reindeer, delicious ham, and very nice cimarron-roll ... prepared by mam) with herbes-tea and real nice black coffee. The father & son guided us very well, take time to tell their stories and were very kind and friendly. We highly recommend this tour if you are in Alta.

  this was an enchanting evening with Johnny and his son! We were taken on a horse drawn sleigh ride through the snowy woods under the stars. The meal was delicious and our hosts were so wonderful! I left feeling like i had spent time with distant family!

  The sleigh ride through the dark of night in a winter wonderland was fantastic. The hosts were lovely and provided a unique local dinner which included lovely homemade cinnamon buns. Thanks for an awesome experience.

  We love it!! It was an amazing experience, the landscape is something they will never forget. The sled leaves you in the middle of the snow, a sledge awaits with the hot fire and amazing views. We didn’t see the Northern lights but still the whole group came back in wonder at the experience. The sleigh ride around the side of the river is an otherworldly thing. The food is exquisite and everyone's attention VERY friendly. 100% recommended Im sorry i cant say all these in english i hope you translate and understand.

  This was the most amazing and cosy experience for my mother and me. We had a very nice sleighride through the forest and ended by a fireplace were we was served a delicious meal. The guides were very warm and gentle and made us feel welcome. We really recommend this adventure. It was a highlight on our weekendtrip.
