As some of the most experienced guides, the guides analyze weather predictions prior to every tour and have close contact with a network of guides for the highest chances to see the Northern Lights. The comfortable vehicle with 4x4 drive is fully equipped with everything you may need in the arctic, allowing you to discover remote scenery, reaching the more calm and peaceful places. Pick up is at a central location in Tromsø, allowing more time for finding, and seeing the Aurora earlier! With no two nights the same, the enthusiasm and dedication never fades.
Upon reaching suitable skies, we will set up camp for the evening. Most of the time this is a shorter drive to the surrounding coastal islands of Tromsø, or if needed a longer drive into Finland.

Our custom built tour van, is fully equipped with everything we may need in the arctic, allowing us to discover remote scenery, reaching the more calm and peaceful places. Sometimes this is a short drive to the surrounding coast of Tromsø, or if needed a longer drive into Finland.

5.00Wonderful experience – a lifetime memory! This small group van journey in search of the Northern Lights with Joaquin & Anna was absolutely amazing. Not only did we spend unforgettable moments together, but it truly became a lifetime memory. Our guide, Joaquin, is deeply passionate about the nature of this country and has excellent knowledge of the aurora phenomenon. He made quick and smart decisions during the hunt, which led us to experience a magical night full of emotion and wonder. As a big plus, Joaquin also took beautiful professional photos for us with a real camera and made sure that everyone got the picture they had dreamed of. Anna, our driver, was extremely professional, always smiling warmly, and most importantly ensured our safety throughout the journey. I highly recommend this tour to anyone searching for an unforgettable Northern Lights experience!

5.00We had a fantastic experience with Northern Soul Adventures. We travelled in a small group (8 people), which makes a huge difference when chasing the Northern Lights — it allows for much more flexibility in finding the best possible viewing spot. Our guide, Bogdan, is also a professional photographer, and thanks to him we came back with absolutely stunning photos of this unforgettable experience. He provided clear and detailed explanations throughout the evening, which made it even more special. Thermal suits were provided, along with hand and foot warmers (make sure to bring your own proper extreme-cold boots — we experienced temperatures as low as -27°C!). Bogdan even made a small campfire while we waited for the dancing auroras, and we enjoyed a warm soup that was very welcome in such freezing conditions. The tour starts around 5:30 pm from Tromsø city center and returns around 1:00 am. We would recommend bringing an extra snack, as the soup warms you up but is not very filling. In conclusion, we highly recommend this company for their professionalism and their ability to adapt to weather conditions in order to maximize the chances of seeing the Northern Lights.

5.00Filip and Anna gave us the most wonderful experience. Nothing was too much trouble. We were picked up promptly and the whole event was well organised and thought out. Anna was an excellent driver and she made sure we were kept warm with hot drinks and delicious soup, which was served in an individual flask! Filip was great at giving us all the information about the Northern lights and the photos he took of us were excellent. The bonfire was a lovely treat on a chilly night. I am so glad I chose Filip and Anna's tour, as it was a small group. It made the experience more personal. I would definitely recommend this tour. We loved it!. Thank you Filip and Anna.

5.00This was a once in a lifetime experience for us, not for the enthusiastic guide we had called Bogdan. Bogdan was so knowledgeable and excited by the lights and was able to take us to one of the best light shoes for Febuary so far. The lights just danced through the sky and we saw so many greens and pinks. They were pinch me moments. We appreciated Bodgan’s knowledge and enthusiasm for the lights. He was a very safe driver and looked after us well with hot soup, hot chocolate and cookies. We were kept warm by a fire, that we sat around while Bodgan explained the lights. It was one of the best experiences of my life. I can highly recommend Bodgan and Northern Soul Adventures

5.00This trip was incredible, as a photography enthusiast the size of trip and the location picked was nothing short of perfect. Bogdan was a fantastic driver and very knowledgeable photographer and Northern Lights expert. We were lucky to be treated to one of the most amazing aurora displays that you could wish for and the location picked was right by the coast making the most amazing back drop for the breath taking show. Just when we were getting cold, out came the fire and soup and was the perfect warming break before getting back to the light show. Simply the best way to see the Northern Lights in Tromso. We were not blessed with the best conditions for the northern lights on the evening of the tour, but our guide Bogdan’s amazing knowledge and perseverance meant that we eventually managed to see them! He even captured the special moment my partner proposed and we can’t thank him enough for capturing this. The group size was perfect, the van was comfortable and overall this is a trip that we won’t be forgetting for a long time. Thank you Bogdan!

5.00We can never forget our first northern light experience - speechless, mind-blowing, so blessed moment. Our excellent guide, Joaquin, made us experience 2 amazing shows in 1 night by relentlessly checking out the aurora bursts for more than 1 hour outside the bus in the freezing night. Our best expert driver, Ana, made our trip unforgettable, pleasant and safe.
