A brilliant day made all the better by our guide Stuart. Despite the long journey he made it all very interesting with information, stories, regular stops at breathtaking scenery plus comfort and coffee stops. The cruise itself was just amazing. Everything was extremely well organised and great fun. Thanks a lot Stuart, you really took care of us all. Lesley and Richard ( UK)

Nev was an excellent and safe driver. Plenty of stops along the way for food and toilet breaks. The bus was clean and comfortable. The boat ride was also fantastic with tea and coffee on board, and not overcrowded. This was worth every penny. Tip; if you’re somebody who suffers motion sickness, take some medication on the bus and again just before the boat tour.

We had a great time on this tour. Ashleigh was incredibly informative and so kind to everyone on the trip. The Milford Sound is well worth the long day and there are plenty of stops along the way if that is a concern.

The scenery is stunning, we had a perfect day, with lots of rain the previous day so all the waterfalls were in full course. Our driver and guide, Jono was as excited to go as we were, and was very professional while being extremely personable and supportive of all our needs. Highly recommend! The time flew by!

The tour was very well organized and everything was on time. The scenic stops through Fiordland were great and Milford Sound cruise was a beautiful experience. However, this review is specifically for our tour guide, Amy, who was just phenomenal. She was very friendly, helpful, communicated clearly, and was very knowledgeable, and we learned a lot from her. The glass roof in the bus was an additional perk which helped us enjoy the beautiful vistas even more once we were driving through the peaks and waterfalls. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic Milford Sound adventure that will be etched in my memory for ever. The travel by mini bus with our guide Chase was superb and very informative on the way to Milford Sound from Queenstown. Every turn was spectacular with pristine blue lakes, giant snow covered mountains and a never ending amount of waterfalls. The Milford Sound cruise was amazingly beautiful with pristine mountains and oh so many waterfalls, especially Stirling falls where the boat goes very close to give everyone a cool spray or shower if you so desire. The penguins and seals on the rocks were so beautiful and the mist and fog over the snow capped mountains reminded me of the King Kong or Jurassic park movies. Truly an unforgetable experience.

A “premier” tour was an accurate description of our all-day tour with Altitude! Jono provided an epic day for all with his upbeat outlook, safe driving, clear instructions and so much in depth information about local landscape and culture! This was easily a 5 star trip we would highly recommend. Ask for Jono to be your guide and you’ll be in for a real treat! Great way to end our time in NZ!!

Super great scenic trip, definitely worth every dollar. Our tour guide Chase took care of us really well. He was funny, charismatic and very informative and interactive the whole trip. The only thing that would make this trip a 10/10 would be if the van seats could lean back to make the long journey more comfortable:))
