A great day out to the Blue Mountains and Featherdale Wildlife Park! Tour guide Jeff met us bang on time at our pick up point, thoughtfully navigated the itinerary given the holiday demand, and offered fun banter and local knowledge along the way. We stopped at various points around the Blue Mountains National Park with a few short hikes, a great lunch-stop in the village of Leura, and a visit to the Wildlife Park on the way back to Sydney. The only bummer was that we only got an hour at the Wildlife Park as Jeff was concerned about holiday traffic coming back into Sydney … and it needs at least two.

We had such a brilliant day on this tour, and a huge part of that was down to Jeff. From the start, he was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to – the kind of guide who makes everyone feel comfortable straight away. He’s got a great sense of humour, kept things light and enjoyable throughout, and clearly cares about making sure everyone has the best possible experience. Nothing felt rushed or forced – there was a really nice balance between guided moments and time to explore on our own. We visited Featherdale to see Australian animals, which was a highlight, headed out to the Blue Mountains, which were absolutely stunning. Jeff shared loads of interesting knowledge along the way without ever overdoing it. What stood out most was his flexibility. He gave us freedom to do our own thing at different stops, with clear and easy meet-up times, which made the whole day feel relaxed and well organised. Overall, just a genuinely great guide and a really enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend.

Chris was a wealth of knowledge about Sydney and the Blue Mountains. Learned so much about the flora and foreigner of the area. The trek was not too bad, even though there were lots of stairs. But the view was worth the track and the walking was no more than 30 minutes to each lookout. Chris was absolutely wonderful throughout the day! We could not have asked for a better day with the perfect guide.

This trip was an excellent part of my trip to Australia. Being able to visit Featherdale Wildlife Park and the Blue Mountians in one visit was great. Stewart was our guide and he was phenomenal. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and added the perfect amount of information. He gave great insight and was super responsive to questions but allowed us to explore on our own as we wanted to. I highly recommend this tour!

Our guide Ben took us on an amazing trip to the Blue Mountains. The views were stunning and the bushwalk was super enjoyable. We also stopped at several viewpoints, including the 3 sisters. Lunch in a town called Leure. We also visited a wildlife park and saw many animals native to Australia. All in all a great day. Highly recommend this tour

In spite of the overcast weather conditions, I had a great time. Tony was very accommodating, knowledgeable and flexible throughout the day. Really good way to see the Blue Mountains and the clouds that often envelop them.

I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Tom, the driver/guide was friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining. The short time at the zoo was lovely, with a chance to get up close and personal with some of the animals. Wentworth falls is down a lot of steps and of course that means a lot of steps to get back up! However, I opted for the bush walk. This calls for a moderate level of fitness but I confess it was a lot for me. I had my walking poles which helped but I found it hard to keep up with everyone else. The path is well worn with lots of stepping stones in wet places and mostly uneven surfaces. The climb back up to the car park had steps more spread out than going down at the beginning but it was still a challenge for me. I would have preferred a slower pace. The lunch stop at Leura was very welcome. Lots of quirky shops and plenty of places to eat. The Three Sisters was easy access to the best view point. My only gripe was the pick up in the morning. I was given a time of 7am and advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before that. I duly made my way to the location by 6.45 and waited. Numerous other passengers were picked up be several other minibuses for different routes and eventually at 7.15 one of the drivers told me my pick up time should’ve been 7.20. My bus duly arrived when I’d been waiting nearly 35 minutes. By that time I was the only passenger left at that location and I was fearful that I’d been forgotten or that somehow I’d been in the wrong place. It wasn’t the best start but the rest of the day more than made up for it.
