Enjoy a guided bush walk in remote parts of the Blue Mountains, and see the famous Three Sisters rock formation standing tall over Jamison Valley. Bushwalks are between 10-45 minutes (weather permitting) and require a medium level of fitness over some uneven surfaces and steps.

See kangaroos up close and koalas at Featherdale Wildlife Park.

Despite the rainy weather, our guide Nigel made sure we got the most out of our day. Feeding the kangaroos and taking a photograph with a koala at Featherdale is not included in the admission ticket but totally worth the extra dollars. It was the highlight of the day for me.

The tour company sells every seat on the van. If you are the last to be picked up, you get crammed into the back row corner. Picture your worst nightmare economy airline seat. Now add a rear wheel well that takes up 60% of your foot space. Signed up for ‘luxury’ tour and got 6 hours of torture. Couldn’t see anything the guide mentioned from this spot. So painful to my legs at the end that we got out at the first stop and hiked to our hotel.

There are a lot of steps involved on this tour, apparently some quite steep and hand rails not always available, which is why I did not do the last section of this tour, basically because I personally have a fear of steep descents and I am 74 🤣. Apart from that a great day out and Nigel the Activity Tours guide was absolutely amazing.
Beautiful views and the chance to see Koalas and Kangaroos in one trip

This was a very nice trip. We particularly liked Featherdale Wildlife Park and the scenic views of the Blue Mountains. Our guide, Tony, was full of information and he was great about tailoring the trip to the group and the weather. It's a long day, but worth the time.

A very comprehensive experience with our well informed tour guide Tony (“Toe-Knee” 😂). I would recommend it. He was a great driver too and got us back in time to the city center. Also gave us recommendations on where to go afterwards when we ask about shopping and dinning experience. Thank you
