Burford
The day begins by departing London and travelling towards the quintessentially English countryside of The Cotswolds; an area that is famous for its beautiful landscape, charming villages and honey-coloured stone cottages. Our first stop will be the traditional town of Burford; known as the ‘Gateway to the Cotswolds’. This is a historic place where many houses date back nearly 600 years and little has changed for centuries. During the visit there will be time to explore Burford, visit the magnificent church and stroll along the high street to visit a mix of independent family-run shops.
Bibury
The village of Bibury is often described as the 'prettiest village in England'. It's charming scene is a snapshot of traditional English country life. Wander along the gentle river and see the iconic Arlington Row; a set of weavers cottages that are now one of the symbols of the Cotswolds.

This tour was wonderful! Ollie was an absolute delight. Thanks to him, the vibe and the energy was always high and the group felt super comfortable getting to know each other and having fun! He’s a pro at navigating the cotswolds tiny roads and the drive was super smooth! Would definitely book this again!

We missed this trip I was looking forward to. My email said be there 8 25. We hit a small traffic problem in our cab going there and they left at 830. Said we needed to be there at 8 15. They did not wait for us. We were 5 mi uses late. Very disappointed!

Highly recommend. Our tour guide Sean was amazing! Well organized, knowledgeable, and great at keeping us informed without overdoing the talking bit. Cotswolds are absolutely stunning. We traveled during the beginning of peak touring, so recommend going during a less busy time. Great trip for solo or inexperienced travelers. Must do: pop into one of the many tea shops along the way to sip and relax.

First- The 4.5 hours of driving in a sprinter van with 15-20 people is not my idea of fun. Second- The agenda of visiting 4 villages basically crammed into 3.5 hours is a disservice at best. Context- Our trip was in early June and we were so excited to do this. My review- We give it a C- grade. The tiny villages were swarming with tourists. We were surprised that this would even be allowed to happen. Almost like a free- for- all. We felt bad for the residents who live in these very small villages. The traffic in two of the villages was ridiculous. Bottom line - The tour was Not exactly the intimate and rewarding experience we were expecting considering how beautiful and unique the area is. If you like to spend your vacations racing around doing things like this then go for it. The Cotswolds are wonderful, but need to be visited in a much different manner IMO - EG stay at a nice hotel and get a private guide and visit villages that are not tourist traps. We will never do anything like this again.

We loved our day with Nigel exploring the Cotswalds . The drive was beautiful. Nigel's knowledge of the history of the area was told in antidotes, music and humour. We never felt rushed on the stops and had plenty of time to explore the area. Defiantly recommend.

Our guide Sean was very personable, professional and funny. He told many interesting stories and answered all our questions to the best of his ability. It was a very enjoyable day, however more time is definitely needed at each stop due the number of people visiting the same sites.

4 unique experiences is just a perfect way to get to know the Cotswolds. We were hoping to get either Chris or Nigel from previous reviews and we got lucky traveling with Chris as our guide. 9 plus hours seems so long but the day flies by, don't miss it!

This was a wonderful day out! Great advice and information about how the day was going to go. Great advice on the towns we visited. Great dad jokes and good amount of talking and quiet. I appreciated the leaving comments about places to eat, staying safe, refusing extra taxes on food, keeping safe and keeping your phone safe. So many tips n tricks for a new visitor to the city.
