What To Expect
Burford
The day begins by departing London and travelling towards the quintessentially English countryside of The Cotswolds; an area that is famous for its beautiful landscape, charming villages and honey-coloured stone cottages. Our first stop will be the traditional town of Burford; known as the ‘Gateway to the Cotswolds’. This is a historic place where many houses date back nearly 600 years and little has changed for centuries. During the visit there will be time to explore Burford, visit the magnificent church and stroll along the high street to visit a mix of independent family-run shops.
Bibury
The village of Bibury is often described as the 'prettiest village in England'. It's charming scene is a snapshot of traditional English country life. Wander along the gentle river and see the iconic Arlington Row; a set of weavers cottages that are now one of the symbols of the Cotswolds.

5.00On 17 April I went in the guided bus tour to the Cotswolds. James was our driver/guide and he was fabulous. He gave lots of information during the tour and was polite and cared. His music choice was spot on. I would highly recommend both the tour and James. I hope we do as well in Australia. Well done.

5.00Wonderful day trip from London. Booked as a solo traveler for a recent trip in April. James was an excellent driver (with a great music setlist to boot). Trip was easy meetup and drop off in London with stops in four different Cotswold villages. Excellent run operation and would highly recommend to anyone interested in a day outside of the city.

5.00I am so glad I did this tour. Not a ong drive to the first "village". The tour guide gave some great info leaving the city and about each village. The time to visit each village was adequate and just right. A really beaytiful drive and villages.

5.00I enjoyed the fact that the tour stopped at four different towns. Each one was a bit different and very interesting. The countryside is very serene and beautiful. I'm very glad that I went on this tour! Our tour guide, Nigel, was very knowledgeable and made the trip fun for the group.
