What To Expect

Burford

The day begins by departing London and travelling towards the quintessentially English countryside of The Cotswolds; an area that is famous for its beautiful landscape, charming villages and honey-coloured stone cottages. Our first stop will be the traditional town of Burford; known as the ‘Gateway to the Cotswolds’. This is a historic place where many houses date back nearly 600 years and little has changed for centuries. During the visit there will be time to explore Burford, visit the magnificent church and stroll along the high street to visit a mix of independent family-run shops.

Bibury

The village of Bibury is often described as the 'prettiest village in England'. It's charming scene is a snapshot of traditional English country life. Wander along the gentle river and see the iconic Arlington Row; a set of weavers cottages that are now one of the symbols of the Cotswolds.

My husband and I had the best time Visiting the Cotswolds with Go Tours. Chris was a fantastic driver and tour guide. We learned so much - he shared the coolest facts and had great jokes. We loved Larry the Sheep too. We’d love to go again in a heartbeat and would love to have Chris as our guide!

Lovely day in the Cotswolds! We really enjoyed exploring the small towns of the English countryside, popping in shops and enjoying a few pubs. Our guide Kevin was fantastic! He provided lots of colorful local and historical information and stories, all served with a great sense of humor. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a fantastic day out on this tour. Rob our tour guide was informative and fun to be with. We had enough time in each village to get a real taste of the Cotswolds. Highly recommend Rob as he was fun, interesting and his knowledgeable facts that he shares along the road trip were great.

This tour was so awesome! Rob was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure everyone had a great time. This tour was great to get to know the Cotswolds a bit, because now we want to go back for a longer time as the town visits are a tad short. Loved how communicative Rob was with the whole group and he had everything planned out so well (like even stopping for a bathroom break on the way back to London). The van was very nice as well. Definitely go!

Fabulous day trip. Our driver and tour guide, Tony, was excellent. He made the experience fun, safe and entertaining, and his driving was excellent. He helped us make the most of our time in each village. I would definitely recommend this Cotswolds visit, even when the weather isn’t great.

I had a wonderful time visiting the Cotswolds. The villages were beautiful - with charming streets, lovely scenery, and plenty of time to explore each stop. Our bus driver 'Len' was fantastic: fun, friendly, and very knowledgeable, which really made the whole experience even better. Overall, it was a truly lovely day out and I would definitely recommend it.

Incredible! Ash, our tour guide, was one of a kind! He was extremely knowledgeable about so many different parts of the trip, and also very funny, engaging, and entertaining! The places that Ash lined up for us were incredible and we felt like we literally had an inside track of the whole thing. We would absolutely do this again and recommend it for everybody else!

The tour was exceptional. It was so worth it. We were lucky to have such beautiful weather. We were a small group, which made it easy to travel in a mini-bus. Our tour guide LEN, was funny, smart and iconic - BIG THUMBS UP LENN!! We loved every minute of it. We will definitely visit again someday!
