Ankit was our tour guide and he was fantastic. He is easy to talk to, visit with, very knowledgeable and easy to ask questions, never hurried you and was very patient. He had 3 trainees with him and they were great too. He took us to gorgeous lakes, waterfalls and helped us watch for animals. The admission to all the parks are included in the trip and highly recommend anyone from a child to elderly adult to go and enjoy your day with Ankit. If I could give Ankit a “10” I would, so thank you for our wonderful day of beautiful scenery and fun.

A truly wonderful way to see many of the lakes. The tour guide Matilda was a delight and knew the ways to get a better view at some of our stops. And notably for Peyta Lake this time of year, being provided the spikes to traverse the snow / ice on the trail was perfect and made that hike easeful - lots of people slipping (and I would have been one of them). So many beautiful lakes that I would not have driven to myself in one day.

It was a great experience overall. This trip is fully worth it, considering the long drives and number of stops. Our guide Matilda is well above expectations. Very courteous, professional and extremely cautious and safe driver.

What an excellent day with Matilda. Loads of stops. Just the right time frame at each and Matilda was an excellent tour guide, catering for all needs, and a very careful driver. Additionally, the provision of crampons for the walk up to lake Peyto was a masterful stroke of brilliance. Thank you for making us all look like professionals walking on ice! And feeling safe! I would highly recommend this tour as it includes lots of sightseeing and is excellent value. Pre trip details and information were also very comprehensive.

The stops kept getting more beautiful all day. So much to see! Pretty active hike at a couple stops but totally worth it. We were pretty tired at the end of the day but ticked so many places off our list in just one day. Matilda our guide was so kind making the experience perfect for everyone.

Very comfortable minibus picked us up outside our hotel on time. We were very fortunate with the weather being so clear so we witnessed unbelievably amazing views which needs to be seen - the stuff bucket lists are made of! Kyoka, our lovely, constantly smiling and very knowledgeable guide, was very enthusiastic and really helped make our day special taking photos for us and later posting them for us - very grateful for that too. Canada is the most beautiful country I've visited and if you only have one day in Banff I'd say you can't go wrong with this trip. For one stop (Peyto Lake) the conditions, for May, under foot were quite challenging (crampons were required for a hike of about 20 -25 minutes each way over very uneven and slippery snow) so please consider your mobility and capabilities before undertaking this particular stop. Johnson Canyon (our first stop) was beautiful, even in the rain, but it is a 25 to 30 minute hike. No snow in May, but the mainly concrete/tarmac path is uneven so again, please consider your capabilities, although someone passed us in a motorised wheelchair as they went back down! I don't know if they got up to the cave but hats off to them for their fortitude. There were 8 stops, mostly easily accessible, and the journey through the mountains is so visually stunning that even if you couldn't make the ones I mentioned above I think it would still be a very worthwhile trip.

My guide, Lori, was amazing. She was so friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating. The sites were incredible. I was concerned about the longer hiking spots (I live in an area close to sea level) but was assured that I would definitely be able to do them, and I did! Also, they provided crampons for the Peyto Lake hike, which was something that was definitely needed, as Peyto had something like a foot or more of snow on the trail. Seriously, book this tour. It was really, really great. Worth every penny.
