The activity was very fresh and open. We were able to carry out the activity very safely with transportation. If you're going to Devil's Pool or Angels Pool, this is the place to go

Such a cool experience and the team runs everything like a well oiled machine! Just remember to bring 40 cash for border transfer

Incredible experience, guides were safety conscious and we never felt unsafe despite being at the edge of the falls! Plenty of time to hang out at the pool, and the camera guy used our camera phones and took incredible pics and vids. He's definitely got experience doing this, took dozens of pics and vids for us. Plus the breakfast was excellent, surprisingly.

This was definitely a highlight while staying in Zimbabwe!! We brought our own water shoes, but now that I know they rent them for $2, I would have left mine at home. The trip to Devil’s Pool was nice and I thought completely safe as you hold hands with the other people in your group and hold onto a rope. I think it’s called the Devil’s Pool not because it’s on the edge of a waterfall but because of the fish “kissing” you that are in the pool with you. Now, when they said that (and “don’t be alarmed”) I was thinking the tiny “pedicure fish” (IYKYK). Nope, these were like 2-3” fish nipping at your legs unless you keep them moving. But it didn’t ruin the experience one bit. The guides are very safe and the videos/pictures they take are phenomenal. There are people that want to do this no matter what and people on the fence about safety. If you’re one of those “safety people”, do it! You won’t regret it! The hot breakfast was also so amazing. I loved this and would definitely do it again!!

It was such an amazing adventure to visit devil's pool. I highly recommend it even to those who are weak swimmers. The guides were highly professional 👌🏾😀

A once in a lifetime unforgettable activity. You swim to the edge of the falls and see all the water flowing down to the ground while you hang off the edge being photographed by helpful guides

So the most important part - the actual Devils pool - could not have gone better! The guides were very professional, we spent plenty of time at the pool and got some killer pictures - 10 out of 10. There are little fish in the pool which is kinda fun in a weird way! The breakfast was also absolutely marvelous, like an upscale hotel Everything around it however - to me personally - felt extremely rushed. Which I understand in a way because they were trying to beat the crowds and give us more time at the pool. But I could barely keep up with the group, it was like: 5 seconds to put on life vest, 30 seconds for briefing, take off life vest, jump in water, no time for additional pictures.. go go go. At the end of the day my goal was to swim in the pool and that part went flawlessly. Thank you so much, I’m very happy

The actual activity and experience at the devil's pool was amazing. However, this operator does not add any value to this tour at all. They are not the ones providing the experience, they merely seem to hire a driver to get you to and from the activity, for which they try and charge you double (via the tour price and separately in cash). In addition to this, they are unresponsive to any messages (direct via WhatsApp, email, phone call or to messages via Viator) trying to get confirmation on pick up. As a result we were left anxious not knowing whether the activity would go ahead nor what time. In the end the driver showed up about 75min before the start time of the tour (so well before the 30-60min stated pick up window), at which time we were obviously not ready. The drivers used are merely that, drivers, they will not assist you at the border (as most other tour operators do). In order to save yourself stress and anxiety, you'd be better off going direct or choosing another agent to organise the devil's pool experience, which in itself is amazing and I can't recommend enough.

Tamuka Tour company is a scam. Picked us up at hotel at 830a instead of the scheduled 9am. Charged us $30 pp for transportation instead of $20 pp bc hotel was one mile outside of town center (not informed of this up charge when reservations were made). Brian, the driver, did not wait for us at VF Zambia to take us back to hotel in Zimbabwe as promised. Waited 60 min and a nice park ranger had to call the company to send a driver. Waited for another 45 min at the border bc the driver on the Zimbabwe side was a no show. Had to take a taxi back to hotel. Devils Pool was a great experience but DO NOT USE Tamuka Tour Company!
