Great trip, our guide and driver Harry was super informative and helpful, and this trip was just the right amount of DMZ. We first went to see the suspension bridge (which is outside DMZ but also connected to the Korean war), then we went to the entrance point, where the official buses took us within the DMZ. We first saw the 3rd tunnel, short film on it and exhibition, they provided also a helmet for the trip down. Then we went to the Dora Observatory, where Harry gave us binoculars so we could see into North Korea. We concluded the official part with trip to unification village, but our trip was actually concluded at the entrance to DMZ, where we saw derailed locomotive and heard some additional explanation from Harry. Just to mention, Harry was good driver and the vehicle was perfect, very modern and super comfy.

This trip is really worth doing. Our guide Vincent was very good and informative and you get to see a lot of different areas during the trip. My favourite was the suspension bridge. I found the 3rd tunnel a bit too crowded with visitors.

We had a great tour of the DMZ. And the third tunnel. Joo Ee was an incredible guide - so knowledgeable and taught us so much. I’d highly recommend this tour - small group size seemed way better than some of the huge groups we saw walking around and the hotel pick up made everything so easy. It was a great day!

Our DMZ tour with Joo-Ee was insightful, well-organised, and genuinely memorable. She was engaging and easy to hear due to the individual headsets. The only downside was the very early start, but it is a must as you stay ahead of most tour groups and won’t be disappointed. Be prepared for the steep entrance to the 3rd Tunnel and its low clearance —especially for those with some height. Overall, a rewarding experience with a fantastic host, would recommend!
