What To Expect
El Yunque National Forest
Explore one of the most important diverse ecosystems in the United States. Experience the waterslide thrills and rope swing in this amazing ecosystem. Your tour begins with morning pickup from Isla Verde, Condado or Ocean Park. On arrival, follow your guide and get ready for a moderate hike. The scenic area leads to the inside of the Rio Fajardo, where you can enjoy the natural waterslide formation. This is the only Puerto Rican adventure hiking tour you'll need to take. You will feel like a local hiking in the forest. Join us for an in-depth, outdoor, off-the-beaten-path adventure to El Yunque. No other company will connect you to the nature and the local culture or Puerto Rico.

5.00We had a great trip! Super fun and highly recommended. There are many options for El Yunque tours but you will absolutely not go wrong with this one if you’re looking for a mix of forest touring with some adventure time! Adynn (our guide) was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly invested in making the trip a fun, safe time for all! She shared some interesting tidbits during the hike and helped everyone handle the more difficult climbing parts really well! The trip was exactly as described. Note that it involves a lot of in-water time and a bit of adventurous hiking/water activities so plan for some moderately intense physical activity and *definitely bring shoes with backs that you’re willing to go swimming in* (they’re absolutely going to get soaked on both the hike and the water experiences).

5.00Got a text in the am to meet later than expected and really appreciated the communication so that didn’t get there too early! Nice small group size, was a lot easier to do all the things because we didn’t have to wait so long. Adynn was a great guid, she kept an eye out for everyone so that no one felt rushed. Spent plenty of time there, and feel like it was worth the money for sure.

5.00I went with my boyfriend! It was an amazing! Small group. My Guide’s name was Aidan! She was awesome:)! Had lots of facts and knowledge about the rainforest and was very outgoing and kind with great energy. Clear waters. Slides, rope, swing, and cliff jumping was so fun. It is not hurt at all and our Guide did great being attentive and supportive to everyone and made sure we were all safe! Definitely recommend 1000000%!!!! Sooo worth every penny

5.00Bring good shoes - and they tell you not to bring anything that can get wet. We went in the later tour and the water was not too crowded. The hike was a bit over two miles but with the terrain it took the group a while to get to the water slide. Have fun!! ☺️☺️☺️

5.00the experience was great! transport from san juan to the rainforest, a hike through the river and uphill, then a slide, rock jump, and swing to finish off the water experience. afterwards we stopped for lunch on the way back and everything went smoothly and we had a blast. our tour guide was gian and he led the excursion beautifully!

5.00This experience was amazing! It’s definitely an all day event do be prepared for that. I wasn’t expecting a hike to get to the water slide but it was definitely well worth it! My tour guide Gian was funny and insightful. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely book this experience again!
