The Golden Circle and the Blue Lagoon are the two most popular sights to visit in Iceland. Admission to all sights, also the Blue Lagoon, is included in the tour price so as soon as you have booked you can relax and start looking forward to your adventure.
Your first stop is at the Thingvellir National Park, the UNESCO listed World Heritage Site. This is where the American and Eurasian tectonic plates meet, which allows you the unique feeling of having one foot in each world. Next destination is the famous Geysir Hot Spring. Watch Strokkur erupt every few minutes up to 30 meters high. Here you can buy a lunch during the stop. Gullfoss the Golden Waterfall is next and will amaze you with its beauty and raw power. Adding even more, you will visit the Kerid Volcanic Crater before heading off the Blue Lagoon for a relaxing end to a great day.

Thingvellir National Park
You will discover Thingvellir which is the old site of the Icelandic parliament, a UNESCO World Heritage Site listed for its amazing nature and rich history.
Laugarvatn
Laugarvatn sits next to a beautiful lake of the same name in a geothermally active area. The plumes of super-heated vapor billowing into the air in this area are used by the locals to bake rye bread in the ground!

5.00What a wonderful day out. Great driver/guide, lovely small group, great views from the bus & stunning destinations. At this time of the year it is very cold but the snow adds to the beauty. Gullfoss and Blue Lagoon stand out events of the day but in reality it was just lovely to be driven through such stunning landscapes and getting a feel for the real Iceland.

5.00Our visit to Iceland is a short one, so we booked this trip to see all the highlights of the Golden Circle whilst enjoying the advantages of having a guide. The trip did just that. Pick up was smooth and seamless, guides knew who and how many passengers they were picking up at each stop. The vans are clean, modern and comfortable. Our guide was excellent. Informative and funny without being overbearing. The whole day was so enjoyable. Plenty of time at each stop, clear instruction on what time and where collection was. Overall a great trip we can’t fault.
