Disappointing. Our guide took us to the Supreme Court without planning to take us into the actual courtroom. We watched from the hallway as the public within heard from a docent and wondered why we should be satisfied with seeing a “Lego” version of the Courtroom. At the Capitol, we were similarly omitted from the Congress and Senate because they were “in session”. Planning ahead could have let us enter the visitors’ balcony quietly and get a look at our Country’s leadership in action

Evelyn, our tour guide, was wonderful. Very knowledgeable. great enthusiasm. Kept us engaged. Lots of information. A must see, My husband and I debate if the Library of Congress or the capital is more beautiful.

Great 3 hour small group tour with Evelyn today. She was really knowledgeable and passionate about what we visited. Well worth the money to be in a small group as this made it feel more personal. She gave me some tips to further enhance my Capitol Hill experience so I got to visit both chambers after the tour had finished.

Great small group tour. Our tour leader Evelyn was well informed and made the tour enjoyable throughout. I would highly encourage anyone visiting these 3 sites to book a tour. To see the House and Senate chambers other tickets are needed.

The guide did not show up. I was at the departure point, at the fountain, at 1:00 PM. Another guide was there and said that he was not the one I was supposed to meet. I gave him my name and the notification, and he said it was not with him.

Claudia was our guide yesterday, June 2, 2026. My 16 yr old daughter, 10 yr old son, and I took the tour of the 4 sites: Library of Congress, Supreme Court, Shakespeare Library, and the Capitol. It was worth the money. Tiny group of 7. Could hear well. Skipped having to read a lot, kids liked that. Actually go inside the Capitol (don’t see the inside of houses of congress, just the middle areas of capitol like rotunda…for the houses of congress have to get in contact with one of your state senators or reps like maybe 3wks in advance…same for White House) inside the Supreme Court (well, we got to just see in the actual courtroom bc there was a lecture going on, but that’s where our SC Justices sit!). I loved having the tour guide, so informative and I didn’t feel like I missed anything. She was clear and well-spoken with no accent, of course, spoke English. If you love Shakespeare, you’ll love his library: the biggest Shakespeare collection in the world, also has art and an interactive print press for kids or you! The architecture is fine and elegant and robust and just gorgeous! Just as gorgeous as many European historical sites. Spend the extra money, it’s worth it!

This experience was with our guide, Liam. We had originally booked for the day before but my partner got sick and they were able to reschedule! This is definitely our favorite tour we have done, and it was incredibly interesting! We learned a lot and saw the Supreme Court and Capital Building.
