Amazing! Bob was brilliant - such a nice guy who took us to spots we wouldn’t never have gone to otherwise. Food was so delicious in each place we went back ourselves the next day! Truly authentic street food!

Great tour, there were a total of four people on it so certainly a small group. Ricky took us to a number of different places from a small street side cart to a sit down restaurant, and we experienced a range of different dishes, from noodles to craft beer. Ricky explained them all and how to best enjoy them. Well worth doing and a great way to explore the area

Excellent food tour, followed a typical meal from start to finish from varied outlets of fabulous quality and cleanliness. Introduced us to foods we had never eaten before and may have been reluctant to try but for Riks expert guidance. Would highly recommend

Bob, aka Wild Rice Bob, was fun, energetic and knowledgeable. I really liked his shortened versions, or snippets, related to history and legends. That made it easy if you had heard some of the things before, or just enough to explore more if you hadn’t. We stopped at many different little food shops, many amazing that we would have not found on our own. After the excursion, Bob sent a list of his favorites. We explored another shop the very next day for lunch and it ended up being the best lunch experience we had while in Hanoi.

Great sampling of Hanoi’s foods, with a sprinkle of history. We tried a few unfamiliar bites, all delicious, savory sticky rice was my favorite. We traveled through some back alleys and learned a little all about the neighborhood.#wild rice Bob

This was a fantastic foodie tour full of stories, great food and company. Bob was a wonderful tour guide and tailored the tour based on people's likes and dislikes. It was a great way to introduce us to Vietnamese food in the Old Quarter and gave us more confidence for the rest of our trip.
