What To Expect
This walking excursion involves about 8 km of walking, takes about 3 hours. Starting from the tourist village of Pefkos, you go along a steep road that leads to the top of the suggestive stack of Navarone, 100 meters above the sea, from which you can enjoy the magical moment of sunrise, accompanied by a breathtaking view. With the first light of dawn, you then continue along the promontory of the town, tackling a steep slope and entering a lovely pine forest, to then find yourself along a path close to the sea with which you return to the starting point.

5.00At the agreed time, Manuela picked us up directly from the hotel. The additional costs were comparable to taxi prices. Manuela was a super friendly tour guide, she even surprised us with cookies and coffee at sunrise. The self-explored hiking route was perfectly chosen. We were a group of 3 people in total and the tour was doable for everyone. Manuela told us a lot of interesting information about the island and was able to answer our questions really well. The sunrise and the peace and quiet were the highlight of our vacation. Many thanks to Hiking Rhodos Manuela

5.00This was an incredible experience and I'm so very glad we did it. Manuela was a wonderful guide full of knowledge and interesting facts. She provided snacks, coffee, water, and equipment. It was challenging but unforgettable and you feel like you are the only ones there watching the stunning sunrise (excluding the mountain goats!). My sister and I agreed it was one of the highlights of our entire European trip this year. Highly recommend this experience.

5.00It was amazing hike, especially early morning. The view from the navarone bay was stunning. Fully recommended this hike, especially if you'll stay in Pefkos, Lardos or Lindos during your holiday. Tour gide Manuela is such a great and kind person. She knows so many things about this island and she's really doing everything with big passion.

5.00Amazing excursion, a different way to see this lovely island. Very nice hiking discovering many natural spots and the right opportunity to see a beautiful sunrise, special shout to the special guide of the tour Manuela. She is such a kind person and is visible that she knows and loves a lot this island, also brought breakfast in her backpack for us: hot coffe, juices and typical Greek biscuits. Thanks once again to Manuela.
