Really enjoyed our first visit to an ice cave. Laura was a great guide providing the right balance of education and giving us time to explore the caves. Would definitely recommend finding time to due this when in Iceland as it was a highlight of our trip.

Its a very interesting trip. Everyone should do it to see the affects of climate change. Its amazing how fast the glacier is receeding.

Wandering through ice caves is a unique experience! Alex, our guide, was very knowledgeable and provided lots of info about how thick the ice is and how it was formed. He took great pictures as well. We went on a very rainy day and we were soaked but still had a great time wandering the caves! the equipment they provide keeps you very safe walking on the ice. I am very clumsy and did just fine. One note of caution: I put the parking lot name into Google maps and it took us to the wrong parking lot. We figured it out in time but we were almost late. We saw a few others have the same issue so just want to note that you want the big parkoing lot with the bathrooms.

It was a great entertaining hike through the glacier and ice caves. We were not as far into the glacier as we had imagined, but of course the safety of the guests must also be ensured. Our guide was very funny, friendly and had many interesting facts ready.

Very disappointed with this experience despite a very nice and kind guide. I didn't expect so many people on the glacier, each group had to wait until the previous one had finished the explanations of the guide and then the photos before moving forward. Limited time in each game. I thought we could wander freely through the Ice Caves. Moreover, the wait in the cold "freezing" (because of a strong wind) to advance on the course was just horrible. In short, I regret having paid so much for this benefit.

We had a fantastic experience on our ice cave tour. The timing of the tour meant we avoided masses of other groups and our guide kept things moving so we weren't standing around too long in the cold winds. Ice caves were spectacular and we had ample time to explore and take photographs. The tour guide was fun and the tour was well organised.

Great experience, although the environmental conditions were not the best, the guide took us to see ice caves, also explaining how they formed. I really appreciated the fact that due to our problem we could not do the scheduled excursion, but they immediately inserted us in the next one. An experience to do in Iceland
