5.00We had a wonderful experience on the sleep late grand canyon tour. We got to see Hoover Dam, the Joshua Tree Forrest and the Grand Canyon. Jim was an excellent guide! He was friendly and provided a lot of new information for us about the areas!

5.00Celeste was our tour guide/driver and we loved the small group (12 of us) size. She was very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We had a great time and were able to see a lot of sights in our day.

5.00We appreciated the later pick up. The vehicle was comfortable. There were plenty of drinks and snacks. Our driver James was informative and very nice. We saw the Hoover Dam from several perspectives made a stop at Joshua tree Forest and then went to the Grand Canyon where we had plenty of time to look around and explore and enjoy beauty. The only issue we had was that we found it hard to hear the driver because the microphone only went so loud and there was a lot of ambient noise. We also appreciated James’ we also appreciated James’s giving us ideas for restaurants and things to do in Las Vegas as we drop guests off at their respective hotels on the way back.

5.00This was a great tour, and “Big Dave” was an excellent tour guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the tour. He shared information about all of the tour destinations as we traveled. Before we arrived at the Grand Canyon, he texted us with directions to the points of interest at Eagle Point and Guano Point because he does not accompany the group past the admission gate. I definitely recommend this tour and Dave to anyone who wants to see the Hoover Dam and the west rim of the Grand Canyon and doesn’t want to get up at the “crack of early”. We were picked up at 10:00AM at our hotel and we returned between 8:30PM and 9:00PM. Wear comfortable closed toe walking shoes. Terrain is very rough at the Grand Canyon.

5.00The small group setting made the tour more personalized. Orlin, our tour guide/driver was very friendly and accommodating. We made pitstops along the way, which allowed us to get snacks and drinks from the back of the van. This also accommodated restroom breaks.

5.00Absolutely amazing! Big Dave was an incredible guide! The whole tour was super interesting and fun. Everything was excellent, from the pick-up to the return. Well organized and comfortable, with plenty of bathroom stops and great recommendations (food, step-by-step tips for the Grand Canyon, etc.). Also, the free drinks and snacks definitely helped on a desert trip. We even got a short detour to see horned sheep in a city park, which was beautiful. Big Dave really made the difference with all the detailed information he shared about the desert. He answered every question with patience, kindness, and the best insights. He also put a lot of dedication into taking pictures. Super fun, beautiful landscapes, good music, and a great guide — what else can you ask for? I definitely recommend Max Tours and will book again on my next trip (hopefully with David!). ¡Muchas gracias Big Dave por tu buena onda!
