The Mekong Delta is the southernmost region of Vietnam. It is often referred to as the rice bowl of Vietnam as it produces three harvests per year. The fertile Mekong Delta is also famous for its tropical fruits and flowers. The delta area marks the end of a 4,500km journey made by the Mekong River after having traveled through six countries. Mỹ Tho is one of the biggest cities in the Mekong Delta, dotted with serene Buddhist pagodas and surrounded by dense rivers. Many great destinations for visitors have been established by the local government and private companies, serving thousands of tourists every day. We recommend this tour for those who want to get an overview of the Mekong Delta for a few delightful hours.

Nice roundtrip in Mekong delta with a small group of people. Comfortable minivan and a super guide. Hung speaks very good English and with his positive attitude and enthusiasm we learned a lot about Vietnamese culture and history. The Mekong delta is an interesting society worth visiting.
A great day out if you’re visiting HCMC.

What a great experience. The Mekong Delta is a must see. A good respite from the craziness of HCMC. Our tour guide Manh was amazing and his insights into life in the delta was fascinating. Super friendly with a great demeanour and accommodating. The tour group specialises in small groups so it did not feel like you’re being bussed in. This is a good option if you’d like to see another side of life in Vietnam.

We hired the private tour, the tour guide was very responsive and helpful. We participated in a variety of cool activities, like riding a boat and sampling local cocoa. So glad we did it!

Great day out, lots of variety, suitable for all abilities. Well worth the money. Memory making. Row boats on the river were a highlight for us. Generous food portions at lunch. Vinh was a great guide.
