The Mekong Delta is the southernmost region of Vietnam. It is often referred to as the rice bowl of Vietnam as it produces three harvests per year. The fertile Mekong Delta is also famous for its tropical fruits and flowers. The delta area marks the end of a 4,500km journey made by the Mekong River after having traveled through six countries. Mỹ Tho is one of the biggest cities in the Mekong Delta, dotted with serene Buddhist pagodas and surrounded by dense rivers. Many great destinations for visitors have been established by the local government and private companies, serving thousands of tourists every day. We recommend this tour for those who want to get an overview of the Mekong Delta for a few delightful hours.

What To Expect
Pick-up Time: between 8:00a.m. - 08:30a.m. at hotels located in District 1; and drive 1,5 hours to the Mekong River. We will stop along the way for refreshments and toilet.

Ethan has great English skills, which made it very easy to follow the interesting information he shared throughout the trip. 5.00Such a great day out exploring the Mekong Delta. Viet, our tour guide, is so passionate about Vietnam and you can see how proud he is showing off his country. Viet made my family and I all very comfortable and answered many questions during the day. He also ensured that there was enough vegetarian food for me during the lunch. A great tour! Best coconut water ever on this trip.

5.00Service was very smooth, from booking to pick-up and return to hotel. Our 1 guides, Vinh and Joey, were very accommodating and receptive to questions. They were both very knowledgeable regarding the history and culture of Vietnam and the Mekong Delta. The smaller size of the group was also much appreciated.

5.00We had an amazing day exploring the Mekong Delta as a couple. Our guide, Man, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and funny—he made the whole trip enjoyable and stress-free. He explained everything clearly about local life, coconut candy making, and the floating market. The boat ride through the small canals was peaceful and beautiful. Lunch was delicious, and we loved how personal and well-organized the tour was. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vietnam!
