We also proudly take claim for the World’s Cheapest Michelin 1-Star Restaurant! Aimed to satiate discerning taste buds, this tour is a definite must for all foodies! On this 3-hour guided tour, you'll explore the Telok Ayer and Chinatown neighbourhoods and sample local favourites served by humble hawker vendors, heritage brands and household names each backed with an amazing culinary story. Our guides will even take you to sample the world-famous Michelin star hawker - Soya Sauce Chicken Rice. without having to survive a queue! The entire tour will take about 3 hours, depending on group size, walking speed and weather conditions, covering approximately 3km.

5.00I cannot recommend this food tour enough! We were lucky to have Lisa as our guide, and as we had recently moved to Singapore, this was a fantastic way to explore some of the best local food spots. Lisa was truly wonderful; kind, bubbly, and incredibly knowledgeable about food, culture, and history. She was more than happy to answer our many questions, which added a great perspective to the experience. The tour was the perfect size, and Lisa did an amazing job of bringing a group of strangers together, making us feel comfortable and well looked after from start to finish. The pacing was smooth and never felt rushed. Having someone (Zander) go ahead to secure tables and order food in advance made the whole experience completely stress-free and an enjoyable experience. Having spent a few days navigating hawker centres on our own, this was a welcome relief and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the food. Each stop was delicious and varied, with a great mix that catered to everyone’s palate and preferences. We will absolutely be bringing friends and recommending Monster Day Tours, and Lisa in particular, to visitors in the future. As keen foodies, this was a brilliant way to spend a morning and a perfect introduction to Singapore.

5.00Went on this small tour on the 14/01/26, the 3 hour tour was fantastic full of great food and a lot on the history of the food culture in Singapore. The guide was fantastic and ensures that no one missed out on any food. I highly recommend this tour as it takes you through 3 hawkers and hits all the best spots so you feel like a local.
