Meet your guide in front of the church of San Domenico in Siena at 9:30am, easy to find even if you are arriving from out of town with your own car, as there is parking in the vicinity. Travel south out of town on one of the most panoramic roads of Tuscany, through the characteristic moonscapes of the Crete Senesi.
Enjoy brief stops along the Crete Senesi for for photo opportunities before visiting a quaint, non touristic medieval hamlet. Continue along this stunning landscape and reach the UNESCO heritage site of the Val d’Orcia, where you come across some of Tuscany’s most iconic postcard pictures.

5.00Having the van transport was very convenient. We travelled mostly on country roads which allowed a good view of the Tuscan landscape. The guide was funny and informative. We had free time to look around in Pienza and Montepulciano.

5.00This trip was one of the BEST things we did during our whole two weeks in Italy. Paolo was our driver/guide and he was so informative and entertaining. The tour is a small group, which was a great experience because we all got to know each other a little and really enjoy the day as a group. I really wanted to stay in southern Tuscany on this trip, but we had to stay in Siena due to the convenience of the train. I was worried I wouldn't find a tour or driver leaving from Siena that would take us to see all that I was hoping for in Tuscany. Rest assured, this tour covers the good stuff! You stop and take photos in the picturesque hills that you think of when you think Tuscany, you see so many views along the drive, and every stop is so well planned and a little off the beaten path. And if you like Vino Nobile di Montepulciano (like we do), then that's the icing on the cake. I would take this tour again tomorrow we had so much fun - don't skip it!! (Grazie mille Paolo if you see this!)

5.00The tour was very informative about the Tuscany region and its history. We absolutely loved our tour guide, Guillermo/William, as he was passionate, funny, and knowledgeable about the area. He showed us many cool roadside stops and gave helpful tips about the area for after the tour was complete. We felt like we had enough time to experience the towns at the different stops. The included lunch was incredible and gave us a taste of Tuscany.
