Arizona state law requires children under 8 years to have either a child seat or booster. Child seats are not provided, please bring your own and notify supplier
Minimum age is 3 years and guest must inform supplier they will provide car seats or boosters.
Wheelchairs and walkers are acceptable as long as they fold up and can be slid into the vehicle. You must let the supplier know if you are bringing either.
We do not guarantee pickup for all hotels. Even if your hotel is on the list, there may be a chance you'll need to meet at an alternate location. Any guest staying outside of Phoenix, Scottsdale or Tempe will be required to meet at an alternate location to be determined by supplier. Tour supplier contact details will be provided on your pre-paid voucher.
The Grand Canyon South Rim is a 7,000 foot elevation, please note this if you have concerns about altitude.
There is NOT a restroom on the van. Comfort stops are made throughout the day.
You must let the supplier know if there are any mobility concerns that they should be aware of.
Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
FOR LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS: Any tours booked after 7:00PM Arizona time the night before the tour date might not be confirmed. You will likely have to meet at another hotel for pick up. Our office will contact you prior to 6:00am on the tour date.

What To Expect
Phoenix
After departing the Phoenix metro area, our tour travels through the expansive Sonoran Desert filled with the native saguaro cactus. The scenery begins to change as we increase in elevation and views of the cactus fade into pine trees. As we continue further into Northern Arizona, we will travel the outskirts of the Route 66 town of Flagstaff and from the highway, see the San Francisco Peaks among the seemingly endless Ponderosa Pine Forest, the largest contiguous forest of ponderosa pines in the world.
Sedona
Enjoy a brief visit to the stunning red rocks of Sedona! After a photo stop at Bell Rock, you'll have approximately 30 minutes in Uptown to enjoy the shops and galleries while surrounded by the beautiful views. You'll also experience the scenic drive through Oak Creek Canyon!

5.00Despite the cold, rainy, and very foggy weather, my husband and I still had an excellent time on this Grand Canyon tour. Our guide, Mark H., was wonderful—knowledgeable, funny, and truly determined to make sure we got to see the canyon despite the conditions. He drove us to several lookout points until we were finally able to catch a glimpse, which we really appreciated. We also had better luck with the weather in Sedona, where the landscapes were absolutely breathtaking. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this tour.

5.00Make sure to bring snacks as this is an all day tour. We had a wonderful time and the tour takes you to multiple points around the canyon. Sedona was a fun stop too, as we had time to do a bit of shopping.

5.00I'm still amazed at seeing the Grand Canyon! Seeing this natural wonder in person was an experience all of its own. Highly recommend to anyone at any fitness level with limited knowledge of the AZ area and no transportation who wishes to see the canyon. I have no hiking experience and was traveling solo and this tour was perfect. The $200 fee covered transportation to and from Phoenix to three different stops in the Grand Canyon national Park (about 3 hrs one way) plus Sedona. All the stops in the park were free admission including Gem and children museums and access to various trials of different lengths throughout the canyon if you are more experienced hiker. Only had to pay for any extras like souvenirs, food, etc. The small van/bus was comfortable compared to bigger busses and we made several break stops for restrooms and food. Water was provided free of charge. Group size of 12 plus the driver Jordan who was amazingly considerate, attentive and informative throughout the entire trip. Good communication from service team to coordinate pick up/drop off. Overall, amazing experience that exceeded my expectations.

5.00This full day tour was well paced with ample time to see all the attractions, use restrooms, dine and shop. The driver/guide, Tracy, was personable and very knowledgeable. The tour bus was comfortable and had good vantage points while driving, and easy to get in and out. I would highly recommend this tour when in the Phoenix area.

5.00All I can say is that I am so happy and satisfied that I was able to book this tour to the Grand Canyon with a stop in Sedona. Tracey was very informative during the entire drive as well as giving plenty of quiet time along with great restroom stops and plenty of picture opportunities. The van was clean spacious and comfortable. Tracey was punctual with every stop and very detailed in everything we need to know. Thank you.
