I cannot warn other travelers enough: STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL OPERATOR. I flew to Arizona specifically for this Sedona and Grand Canyon tour. As a surgeon, my time is extremely limited and my schedule is planned months in advance. Despite this, the company had the audacity to cancel my tour just 40 minutes before departure—not because of weather or an emergency, but because they 'did not have a quorum.' To make matters worse, they never notified me. I was left waiting for a pickup that was never coming. It wasn't until I went through a chat representative and my Chase Sapphire Reserve Travel office that I was finally told the trip was off because "It was only you who had a reservation for today". Because they waited until the absolute last second to cancel, every other reputable tour in Phoenix was already fully booked. To ensure this trip wasn't a total loss, I have been forced to extend my stay in Arizona and make major, emergency arrangements at my hospital to cover my absence. Their lack of communication and total disregard for a traveler's time—especially a professional with a medical schedule—is appalling. Do not trust them with your vacation or your time. They are unreliable and unreachable when things go wrong.

Fantastic tour that took us to the best Grand Canyon sites. Tracy was an amazing guide who answered all the questions. I learned a lot about the entire area of the tour. The tour size was just right and everyone followed the allotted time for sightseeing and returned to leave on time. We got a discount through our Bluegreen ownership so the price was incredible but I would have paid full price for the convenience of a tour.

I booked Phoenix to Grand Canyon overnight with return to Vegas. Day1: private tour was fabulous. Night 1: Overnight in the Grand Canyon - fabulous Day 2: return to Vegas - meh. Don’t ask the Detours guide in the GC for help because they don’t know their own offering. No communication or direction who was taking me to Vegas or which of the buses to look for. The Detours guide in GC emphatically told me “you didn’t book with us” - until I showed him an email receipt for $700. And now I’m literally in the last row of a 50 passenger bus to Vegas (next to the bathroom). So much for the 15 passenger van in the tour description.

I had an incredible time on my tour to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. Our tour guide, Elmar, was phenomenal. There were 8 of us in our group and we were picked up in small groups from our hotels around Scottsdale early in the morning (around 6 am) in a very nice, comfortable small bus. We then made our way to the Grand Canyon, stopping a couple of times along the way for bathroom breaks and snacks. Elmar did a great job of providing interesting information about what we were seeing along the way and of responding to our questions. He made sure to stop at the places where we could get the best pictures and gave us plenty of time at each stop. He also planned our day so we would have great light to see the red rocks of Sedona at sunset. We had plenty of water throughout the day and overall an exceptional experience. There's also time for an optional helicopter ride for the best views of the canyon, if your budget allows. (I think it was an additional $350 for a 45-minute helicopter ride). There's time for eating at a restaurant at the Grand Canyon, but personally I preferred to take snacks and spend my time hiking and walking around. The Bright Angel trail is very accessible. Chat GPT was right--taking this tour was worth every penny! Highly recommend.

Our tour guide, Huyn, was excellent and shared a lot of valuable information during the trip. The experience was very enjoyable. Please remember to tip the tour guide generously, as it was a long day for them.

The tour to the Grand Canyon and Sedona was absolutely amazing!! Our tour guide, Sam, was phenomenal and made the whole day fantastic! We would never have been able to experience those places like we wanted to on our own! If you are thinking about visiting the Grand Canyon or Sedona absolutely book this tour and ask for Sam to be your tour guide… you will not regret it!!

Our family of 4 traveled with 8 other people. Our tour guide/driver did an excellent job of discussing the changing landscape as we made our way to Sedona and to the Grand Canyon National Park. It was a great time in the National Park as we had the opportunity to see the Grand Canyon, to walk on the trails, and to listen to our guide discuss many topics about the Grand Canyon. I would recommend this trip.
