Starting Jan 1st, 2026, the tour supplier is required by law to confirm US or Non-US citizenship which will determine if an additional entry fee is required. For non-US citizens, the tour supplier must collect an additional $100 per person (age 16 or older), payable in advance to the tour supplier.

Arizona state law requires children under 8 years to have either a child seat or booster. Child seats are not provided, please bring your own and notify supplier

Minimum age is 3 years and guest must inform supplier they will provide car seats or boosters.

Wheelchairs and walkers are acceptable as long as they fold up and can be slid into the vehicle. You must let the supplier know if you are bringing either.

We do not guarantee pickup for all hotels. Even if your hotel is on the list, there may be a chance you'll need to meet at an alternate location. Any guest staying outside of Phoenix, Scottsdale or Tempe will be required to meet at an alternate location to be determined by supplier. Tour supplier contact details will be provided on your pre-paid voucher.

The Grand Canyon South Rim is a 7,000 foot elevation, please note this if you have concerns about altitude.

There is NOT a restroom on the van. Comfort stops are made throughout the day.

You must let the supplier know if there are any mobility concerns that they should be aware of.

Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund

FOR LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS: Any tours booked after 7:00PM Arizona time the night before the tour date might not be confirmed. You will likely have to meet at another hotel for pick up. Our office will contact you prior to 6:00am on the tour date.

What To Expect

Phoenix

After departing the Phoenix metro area, our tour travels through the expansive Sonoran Desert filled with the native saguaro cactus. The scenery begins to change as we increase in elevation and views of the cactus fade into pine trees. As we continue further into Northern Arizona, we will travel the outskirts of the Route 66 town of Flagstaff and from the highway, see the San Francisco Peaks among the seemingly endless Ponderosa Pine Forest, the largest contiguous forest of ponderosa pines in the world.

Sedona

Enjoy a brief visit to the stunning red rocks of Sedona! After a photo stop at Bell Rock, you'll have approximately 30 minutes in Uptown to enjoy the shops and galleries while surrounded by the beautiful views. You'll also experience the scenic drive through Oak Creek Canyon!

I was in Scottsdale Arizona for a business trip and decided to take one day to see a little bit of the area and booked a small group tour of Sedona. There were nine of us on the van and our guide was Mark who was extremely knowledgeable about the area and showed us the beautiful red rocks and towns in that area. The group was very pleasant. I made new friends and got to see sites that I would otherwise not have gotten to see on a business trip. The price was reasonable, considering the amount of time we spent on the tour. I would highly recommend it.

Be prepared for an amazing experience. The sites are nothing like you’ve seen before. The guide (Tracy) was extremely knowledgeable and shared and answered all our questions and also made many recommendations.

We had a small group and a great day. We stopped at beautiful sites for some pictures in Sedona and were able to spend adequate time at the Grand Canyon.

Jordan was a great tour guide! He was prompt, super friendly, and very knowledgeable. We visited the Grand Canyon, Sedona, the vortex sites, and Tlaquepaque, and his recommendations really made the day better. It was a 13-hour day with a small group of 11 people, great weather (60°F & sunny), and an awesome experience. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you get Jordan.

Apologies for the very late review! 😄 I went on a day trip from Phoenix to the Grand Canyon and Sedona back in October 2025, and I had an amazing experience. Our guide, Sam Hagler, was an absolute superstar. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so many fascinating facts, not only about the places we visited, but also about his own life. Honestly, I still wonder how one person can fit that much experience into a single lifetime! I should probably also apologise for being part of what was likely the quietest, least responsive group he’s ever had 😅 I genuinely felt a bit sorry for him at times, but he handled it with such enthusiasm and professionalism throughout the day. It was a long day trip, but it was 100% worth it. I had a fantastic time and just wanted to say a big thank you to Sam for making the experience so memorable. Highly recommended!

Clean and comfortable van, on time, and water was provided, which was a nice touch. This tour is perfect if you’re not confident driving or want to see a lot in a limited amount of time. Mark, our guide and driver, was kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. By the end of the day, it actually felt a little sad to say goodbye to the group — such a great experience. Highly recommend!
