Visit the Nobbies - home to the largest colony of fur seals in Australia. Then it is on to the gala event! Delight in the magic of visiting the world-famous Phillip Island Penguin Parade where you will have the privilege of witnessing a true miracle - our beautiful little penguins arriving ashore to one of the largest penguin colonies in Australia. After a long swim at sea, they will be dressed up in what looks like a tuxedo - marvel at these stunning flightless birds as they waddle right past you on the way to their home. Depending on the time of year, you can tailor your tour and include free time exploring Phillip Island at your own pace.

Tour not normally suitable for cruise ship passengers. Tour starts between 1 and 2 pm depending on time of year from city centre and finishes between 8:30 PM and 11:45 PM. It is your responsibility to check you can make it on time to avoid missing out on tour and cancellation fees.

5.00Travis was fantastically well-informed and passionate about the wildlife we saw. He was very helpful and did his best to make everything as smooth as possible. It was a long day but full of amazing wildlife encounters. The penguins were genuinely adorable.

5.00What a lovely day! Our tour guide Josh was brilliant took us not only to Phillip island to see the lovely penguins which was amazing but several other places of interest in the area. Josh’s knowledge was spot on and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. I would highly recommend this day trip. Cheers Josh

4.00The weather was not in our favor, and unfortunately it rained throughout the day, which significantly affected the overall experience. I would strongly recommend checking the weather forecast before booking this tour. The mini bus was also not very comfortable for long drives. By the time we returned to Melbourne city, we were experiencing back pain due to the seating and ride comfort. On a positive note, the guide was very helpful and did his best to accommodate everyone. He explained everything clearly, kept guests informed at all times, and handled the situation professionally. Well done to him. Overall, it was not a very great experience, mainly due to two factors: the weather conditions and the lack of comfort during the long drive. We were also hoping to see more penguins, but there were very few that day, possibly due to the rain, though I am not certain.

5.00A very enjoyable day. Travis our guide was amazing, he engaged with our small group throughout, passionate about the animals and the environment. He had a wealth of knowledge and expertly provided us with so much information, he knew so much about Phillip Island and its history and inhabitants.
