Both vin and Katie were really helpful and informative both before the trip and vin during. Giving advice and keeping us updated. Vins knowledge during the tour was fascinating and informative and he kept us all together to ensure the tour kept to the timings. There was a lot to take in but extremely interesting and well worth it.

Well, first our tour guy Castle was phenomenal and the driver was extremely precaution and safe. We hit every place that was on the tour and it was absolutely magnificent Castle did not rush us and he was very knowledgeable about every place we went. Thank you Castle. Enjoyed our day with you.

Would not recommend the tour we had. Nam has other good reviews, but he must have had somewhere to go. The tour was billed as 4-hrs and ours barely lasted 3.5 hrs. Most frustrating, at the last stop, he attempted to convince us our hotel was only a minute walk away so they could leave us there and we could walk back. When we said we would prefer the ride he told us we had 15 minutes at the market (1hr is advertised for the half day tour). We are strong walkers, but had we taken his advice it would have been a 20-30 min walk in 30C weather. Other stops seemed equally rushed and it felt as if he was doing minimal to get by. The guide was certainly friendly but he was very difficult to understand and I speak multiple languages. The van was comfortable, in good condition and well coordinated. It was the first Viator tour I’ve had that was not worth the money.

We did the four hour city tour by jeep and it was fantastic!! Our guide, Hung, was excellent...we really enjoyed our time with him. He was so friendly and happy, and had an incredible knowledge of the history of Saigon, which made the tour so much more enjoyable. Hung really made the tour special and gave us a great understanding of the city of Saigon and it's people. Thank you so much 🙏
