Val was great, she was energetic and regaled us with a crash course history lesson while we drove along the countryside so we'd better understand the sites we were going to. Trekking through Harry Potter land at night was super cool.

Firstly, if you guide is Val, strap yourself in for a great day. Efficient ,polite and a font of knowledge. I personally like being on time, and Val is someone who is prepared for all eventualities , and very reassuring. It is a long day, don’t let that deter you. Yes the secret place will not be divulged and didn’t disappoint. The bus itself is comfortable, and Val maintained the commentary , which was entertaining. Not often your guide plays in a band the Priscillas, which are worth a you tube look. I did and certainly they still have it. Bath and the Stonehenge were a worthwhile destination. As the tour leader put it” belts on and chocks away. Thank you Val.

Pick-up was prompt, the van in which we were transported was very comfortable, the other tourists were good company and our guide was very, very knowledgeable. I've taken other small group tours which I thought were quite good, but our guide made this one a cut above. I'd recommend THE ENGLISH BUS to anyone.

Val was our tour guide. She was very personable and knowledgeable. We learned so much about Stonehenge and Bath. At the end of the tour, our bus had an issue so that we had to return home another way. Val communicated with us the entire time and we all got home safely. Overall, we met some great people and had an amazing time.

This was a great experience! The smaller bus made everything feel more comfortable than the larger ones, and our guide Jon was great at keeping things entertaining and informative! It was a long day, but I would say worth it to visit all of these places without having to drive ourselves. (I did not book this tour through Trip advisor)

We had an amazing time on this tour. Our tour guide John was excellent, very knowledgeable. We got to visit Stonehenge, Bath and see lots of country side. His tips on what to drink and eat in Bath were spot on. The secret place was also another amazing stop. We had such a great time,

Our driver Lilly did a fantastic job with our tour. She was full of fun facts and information, and really set the expectations for our visit to Stonehenge, Bath and the Secret Place. Guaranteed, if you go to Stonehenge on your own you will totally miss the perspective that Lilly gave of the things to consider. It is so much more than a group of rocks. And our visit to Bath was icing on the cake - an enchanting village of great influence and thousands of years of history. And the cherry on top was the secret place that I can’t write about - you’ll have to discover that on your tour. A wonderful, beautiful experience that I would highly recommend!

This tour was absolutely phenomenal; I cannot recommend it enough! John was a fantastic guide, incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, hilarious, and easy to get along with. He was receptive to the group and each of our individual personalities and needs, meeting every single expectation. Our secret place was a dream come true for my husband and I. We had such an amazing time- Infinity stars!

Val was terrific! I'd give her 10 stars if I could! So smart, so articulate, so knowledgeable, so funny and so fun (and rocker and a fantastic bus driver to boot!). I fully appreciated the extra mile she went to ensure everyone was comfortable during the trip. I greatly enjoyed her wide and deep knowledge on many subjects relating to Stone Henge, Bath, Roman history and British history in general. Great side trip to a medieval village and 1361 pub. I learned so much! She is a true treasure. Give her a raise! Hope to see her in concert some day! Rock on, Val!
