My family and I had a wonderful time on this day trip from London. Val expertly drove us to Stonehenge, Bath, and a secret place, and taught us a lot about British history in a humorous way. It was great to see some of the English countryside, with rolling hills, stone walls and sheep. The group size was perfect, and the bus was very comfortable. I highly recommend this tour and hope to come back!

This was the best tour I have ever taken. The two guides were knowledgeable and fun to boot. They made the trip the best ever. I really loved the commentary and additional hints on what to do.

Incredible experience to Stonehenge, Bath and a Secret Place with Nolh! The bus is clean and cosy with charging for USB C and A. The small group size keeps it interesting (and means you’re not constantly slowed down waiting on people!). And you get the leisure of napping away on the journey OR admiring the beautiful countryside! It’s a fast paced day though, so I’d recommend you pack snacks or a picnic (especially if you’ve got any food allergies) as you’ll want to maximise time spent at Stonehenge and bath and there’s only really time to grab quick takeaway foods. The Roman baths are interesting to book and visit for a separate fee, but if you do choose to visit them you won’t really have much time to wander bath so prioritise what you’re after. The walking and driving tour through bath was wonderful, Nolh was very knowledgeable and customised it to what our group was interested in. The Secret Place was also good fun, picked for our group and with great views with the daylight savings change, and was a lovely way to wrap up the day. Best of all was our guide Nolh, who had a perfect blend of British humour and tour guide wisdom to keep the day interesting and fun, not just bombarding us with facts but telling the stories and bringing them alive. And great at avoiding pheasants and navigating the crazy should-be-one-way narrow roads! Thanks Nolh!

The experience was amazing - Stonehenge was incredible to see and Bath was more than we imagined. It felt like you were in another world. The secret stop - incredible. What made the tour perfect…our tour guide, Lohl. He was personable and so knowledgeable on everything we saw and pointed out so many things along the way. He even got the attention of our 14 year old who now refers to Lohl as “my guy”. lol. Thanks to Lohl we had the perfect day to end our trip on!

When considering a tour I wanted to choose a tour that allowed me to learn, but also one where I wouldn't feel forgotten about. The bespoke tour services of The English Bus prevented that from ever being a risk. However on this tour we gained something I wasn't expecting. Yes, there's a secret on the tour but there's also a secret ingredient you'll find and it is this secret that I am happy to divulge dear reader. Yes, you can go and visit Bath and Stonehenge for yourself. But taking a tour means you won't get lost and you'll have a few other conveniences. But you're considering this tour because you want something a little bit extra. A little more personal, and with the addition of a surprise, you want a bit more adventure. Dear readers, I'm writing this after just wrapping up a magnificent day with our guide Lucy. Although to say "tour guide" is to belie the fact that she is also a teacher of the highest order. You see I went on this tour expecting to see a bit, and learn a little. And what I received was an education with a passion that had me excited and hungry to learn more. I saw plenty and already want to go back! Not the least of which is because the surprise changes and you'll want to collect them all no doubt! The passion was not overwhelming though, it was very much a you make of it what you want. A choose your own adventure of a lesson if you will. Do you have questions? Ask them. Just want to relax, she was happy to oblige for that as well. Now this is a tour and a very historical one so expect a bit of a lecture but this is not a stuffy classroom. This is the closest you can get to a Magic Schoolbus of an education on a subject going back into prehistory and then gradually bringing you back to modern day. So if you didn't ever want to be in Ms. Frizzle's class for a history lesson, then sure, don't sign up for this. It's not for you. But if you want to get as close as you can to making history exciting (minus the risk of death though admittedly London traffic does get a bit harrowing) with a teacher that cares and wants you to have fun, then absolutely do book this tour. Just be sure to keep the secrets, spoilers aren't fun for anyone and it is a definite gift for you from someone that is genuinely excited to see you have a good time!

Our guide Cara was amazing! I knew within the first few minutes we were in good hands. She loves history and people and that translates into everything she does! I was worried whether my 10 year old son would enjoy a tour like this, and thanks in big part to Cara, he loved it! Thank you for making this trip memorable for us! I highly recommend this experience to those looking for a quality experience and the thrill of a mysterious secret place, that does not disappoint!!

Great day with Nohl. He was an accommodating and knowledgeable tour guide. I missed, during the booking process, that the entry into Stonehenge wasn't included, but that is on me. The secret place was very sweet.

Lucy was amazing, and overall a very educational and comfortable trip. Stonehenge was the highlight of our day. Lucy ensured we maximized our time at Stonehenge. AND The secret place was a delightful surprise.

I cannot recommend this tour more highly! The pick up point in London was really easy to access via public transportation. Our guide Cara was so enthusiastic, kind, and friendly! She gave a good overview of the sites on the way and talked neither too much nor too little. There was plenty of time at Stonehenge; I could have probably used about an hour longer in Bath, but the amount of time was still plenty to see the Roman Baths and a little bit of the city. And the secret place was definitely worth a visit! For context, I am not usually a tour type of person but figured this was the best and most efficient way to see both Stonehenge and Bath. This tour was well worth it!
