Alex is very knowledgeable about all things with London and all the places we visited. He was very interactive and also wanted to know our knowledge of British history during the ride. I really enjoyed his sense of humor. Alex is an excellent driver and was very attentive to our needs and comfort. I highly recommend The English Bus Tour!

Meeting place & time were well defined. Two busses showed up for two different tours. Both operators were well organized, knew exactly who was on which tour, and provided the standard safety briefing. Our operator was Val. She has in-depth knowledge of the sites we went to and her presentation style is enthusiastic. She mentioned one of her interests was history and it showed during her presentations. Not only does she know the facts, but she also has knowledge of the more recent discoveries, studies, and the impacts. Val gave clear cut instructions at each site as to how to access it, the return time and location. Driving to/from the sites was uneventful and she professionally navigated the London traffic with ease. Val is truly a guide and its up to you to discover beyond that. She did offer a short walking tour in Bath. We went to Stone Henge, Bath, and a "Secret Place". Be aware this is an all day excursion. Trying to fit Windsor into this tour in a single day is too much.

This tour was so much fun! The drive was not too long—our guide was not overbearing and answered questions you were thinking about so you didn’t even have to ask. The time spent at the locations was well balanced- I do lots of tours, and this was by far one of my favorites. I would rebook this tour if I ever came back to England!

We traveled with guide Nolh and had a wonderful full day. Nohl way funny and knowledgeable and went out of his way to be accommodating. The back of the bus was a bit stuffy in the warm weather but our day was otherwise perfect.

We are incredibly grateful to have been on The English bus tour with Lucy. She was amazingly knowledgeable, personable, funny and shared the best stories on our way out of London (and back). The itinerary was flawless, fun and executed to perfection. The secret place was the cherry on top to the best day. We were in the London area for over a week. This tour with Lucy was by far our favorite!!!! Small group is the way to go to get the best day trip experience!!!

Great sites visited with reasonable time at each to build a memorable experience, The coach was comfortable and our guide, Nick was very knowledgeable and entertaining with his stories, humour and easy interaction with the group. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on this tour. For the price, we would have expected entrance to Stonehenge to be included. Nevertheless, highly rate this tour.

Absolutely amazing tour and experience. The operator provided great communication before the tour- where to meet, our driver contact information, what to expect. The driver/tour guide, Tony, went above and beyond. Tony had amazing and informative commentary through the day. He even offered a short walking tour in Bath. The bus was very comfortable and well equipped. Tony provided water, had spare umbrellas for us to use. Stonehenge and Bath were amazing and a beautiful experience. Highly recommend this tour and tour operator - English Bus Tours.
