Great Tour Of Sydney North / East Shore & Ku-Ring-Gai Wildlife Park / Forest

5.00This tour provided a great overview of the north east part of Sydney, including a visit to the Ku-ring-gai wildlife park / forest and stops at a number of beautiful beaches and inlets along the east coast, including Manly Beach, with spectacular views. Mike (the guide / driver) did a great job providing a lot of information throughout the tour about the stops, wildlife, and Sydney / Australia. The tour completes at Manly Beach, from where we took a ferry back to Sydney (~25 min. ride), which provided very nice views of the harbour and Sydney. This tour was a great way to get away from the downtown core Sydney area / common tourist sights, and to see the north / east part of the city and beautiful forest and coastal towns.

5.00When in Sydney take time to get out of the CBD and experience the glorious Northern Beaches with some of Australia’s best beach’s, the stunning Kuring-gai National Park and Aboriginal sites. A massive thank you to Ian, our guide for the day, who was fantastic - I was travelling with my aged parents on what will likely be their last trip to Australia, & Ian tailored the trip to our interests and pace, and being a local, was a wealth of knowledge and knew all the hidden gems to truly showcase this stunning area that offers something for everyone - culture, beaches, wildlife, scenery, walks/hikes, sports/adventure, shops, cafes, restaurants etc. etc. - I can’t wait to return and spend more time exploring this beautiful region of Sydney.

5.00Our experience was absolutely fantastic! Me and my mom were the only one that sight up that day, so it ended up being a private tour — which made the experience even more special. Our guide, Mike, was outstanding: knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about the area. The northern beaches of Sydney are breathtaking, every stop had something unique to offer. Thanks to Mike, we discovered places we never would have found on our own. This tour gave us a whole new appreciation for Sydney’s stunning coastline. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area — it’s truly one of the highlights of our trip.

5.00Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. He was on time and his vehicle comfortable and clean. The scenery was serene and beautiful. We visited various sights that included Aboriginal caves, a National Park, and various beaches and pools. It was a wonderful day !

5.00Bula vinaka, Kia ora, we really enjoyed this tour and highly recommend it. Mike is an awesome tour guide, has so much knowledge of all the areas, and is so easy to chat with. We were looking forward to taking a few pix of Palm Beach /Summer Bay (yes Home & Away fans😊) and it was such a cool surprise that they were filming a couple of scenes when we got there. Was super exciting to get a photo with John Palmer (Shane Withington) then when leaving Mike spotted Alf Stewart (Ray Meagher) and we got a pic taken with him too. Made our day 😊. Vinaka vakalevu (thankyou very much) Mike for the amazing tour.

4.00We had a gorgeous day for exploring the Northern Beaches and Ku Ring Gai Chase national park. Mike took us to some stunning spots, we saw incredible houses, and we had the opportunity to take beautiful pictures! Our tea in a park was shared with a couple of friendly brush turkeys! The bus was comfortable and we stopped at a fun little club for lunch, where they even had an aviary filled with native birds. Finally, we wanted to do a little shopping on the way home, so Mike dropped us off on the Corso in Manly so we could walk from there to the ferry. Overall, a really enjoyable day!
