At Tenerife Stars, we are outgoing people. We like to explore, discover, experience, and enjoy Tenerife.

We have been working as travel guides in Tenerife for more than 10 years, and our passion is providing people with personalised and customized tours and experiences.
The unique Teide National Park experience is one of our favorites, and it's the highlight of Tenerife. You will enjoy every moment of it!
Being able to relax during the entire experience and we'll guide you through every area. Also, we will provide you with information and stories about the national park and history of the island which is very interesting and makes the experience unique and special.
Not to forget, we only organise small groups and this makes the entire experience much more comfortable and more personalised rather than joining a big bus with way too many people on the tour.

What To Expect
Vilaflor
Here we'll have time to enjoy the Vilaflor town and have a little walk at the square and center of the beautiful and peaceful center of the village. Also, we'll have time to get to a local cafeteria and enjoy some local coffee and or treats. This way we get to acclimatize to the height around 1500m.
El Pino Gordo
At this magical place, we will enjoy a view of one of the oldest Canary pine trees on the island. So thick and so high, you'll be amazed by the size and age of this wonderful pine tree. Great moment for photography!

3.00I booked this tour having seen many reviews lauding the small group size. On the morning we were due to take the tour, the guide (Ossi) contacted us to say that the local government had decided to restrict traffic to Teide by tour vehicles, and offered us a stargazing tour on Mt Teide instead. The tour guide did not inform us that this other tour would be with a much bigger group (c.50 people vs 8) or that most of the tour group would be having dinner at a restaurant where we were obliged to wait for an hour a third of the way up the mountain. We were not offered the option of paying to have dinner with the other travellers and the restaurant refused to make a meal for us (likely due to pre-orders), offering only a small selection of pre-prepared starters and sides (unlike the other visitors who got 3 course meals). The tour itself was, by contrast, excellently led by Ossi who is clearly enthusiastic about astronomy as well as Tenerife and Teide. The views were very beautiful. I think what the substitute tour offered is a reasonable programme, but I also think informing us the alternative would be with a group many times the size, who had prepaid for dinner, which we would not be getting and would have to wait for, were elements of unfortunate tourist hustling. If we’d been given this info ahead of time it would have enabled us to make a proper decision about whether to continue, instead of a third of the way up Mt Teide and being told we could take a taxi down if we didn’t like it.

5.00Ozzie was an amazing tour guide with an incredible knowledge of Tenerife’s history. He was more than happy to accommodate all of our questions and requests, which really enhanced the experience. He was fluent in English, German, and Spanish, and made everyone in our group feel included and welcome. The tour itself was fantastic—we visited so many great sites, and the scenery was absolutely incredible. I would absolutely recommend Tenerife Stars without hesitation!

5.00Excellent half day tour of Mt Tiede Very comfortable coach. Small group ( 7 ) really enhances the experience. Tour guide was excellent. Friendly, pleasent and very knowledgeable about the area. Well planned out route with a number of very intersting stop points. Plenty of time at the summit to take a walk and enjoy the stunning beauty of the area.

5.00Excellent 1/2 day tour of Teide National Park in a group of 8, with 3 nationalities represented. The minibus was extremely comfortable, and driven expertly by our first class tour guide, Ozzy. Fluent in numerous languages, Ozzy put everyone at ease with his intimate knowledge of the history and natural history of Tenerife, conveyed expertly in a relaxed manner and with a sense of humour. The Teide crater, Rocks of Garcia, and Tenerife pine forests were extraordinarily beautiful. Beautiful memories made on this trip
