Everything worked out perfectly. Ivana collected me on time at the pre-arranged meeting point with a comfortable van. She speaks perfect German and English and shares her knowledge of the island with passion. I learned a lot about the plants of the coast. Personally, I recommend not only closed shoes but also a grippy profile, because you have to climb something. Thanks for the great day ❤️

Great experience. Pick up was directly at the hotel and then it was around 45min drive to Capo Testa. The valley was a great experience with amazing rock formations and great views. Our guide Ivana was fantastic. She help uns find our way through the boulders and showed us the best spots to take pictures while provide really helpful commentary. The whole trip with travel to and back probably took around 5-6 hours. 10/10 would do again

If you can, take this tour. You won't be disappointed. Moon valley is a truly remarkable landscape and our guide Luca was exceptional. Picked up from the doorstep and driven for about an hour to the destination. Luca is both very knowledgeable about all aspects of Sardinia and very humourous as well. The hike itself is moderate at most but, as Luca knows the trails so well, he can tailor the route as necessary along the way. We stopped off at a lovely beach with a great restaurant to refuel before being driven back to our accommodation. Thanks again Luca for a truly memorable experience.

If you love nature, trekking and amazing landscape this is for you. We highly recommend this adventure. We were picked up from our hotel and driven in an air conditioned, comfortable van by Luca. Luca was a wonderful guide, knowledgeable, considerate, accommodating and helpful. After a wonderful trek we had lunch with sea views and then a gelato stop and visit in Santa Teresa. We loved every minute and a must do while visiting Olbia.

Off the back of a lovely Costa Smeralda trip with the same company the day before, I was hoping this one would be just as good - it was! Luca was an outstanding tour leader who went out of his way to make each person's day as safe, enjoyable and hassle-free as possible. He even volunteered to use part of his break (during the 'free time in STdG stop') to do some extra driving to show me something close by, which was so kind. The actual hike was great fun and really scenic. Although you can get to the area yourself by public transport, going with Luca really added value. He took us on a brilliant route with a mix of scenery and some interesting (but not too challenging) rock scrambling, taking great care to ensure that we all placed our feet in the best places and stayed hydrated throughout the day. He also told us so much about the local plants and the spirit of Sardinia in general. The pace was good - steady, with plenty of photo opportunities, but not so slow that we spent unnecessary time baking in the sun. Communication was great leading up to the day. Do take their guidance seriously - there is so little shade on the walk that you really do need to cover up or wear/regularly reapply sun cream, and you will need plenty to drink. Same applies to the beach stop later if you choose that option. It's amazing to have a cold dip after the walk, but there's not really any natural shade on the beach itself (but plenty at the beach bar).

What Luca from Fortieventi Sardinia gave us was a very personal excursion of a place he clearly grew up in and knew like the back of his hand. Lianna and I were his only clients that day and I believe he saw that we were prepared modified our trip in a challenging way. We relish rugged hikes and rucking. Great communication before with planning and preparation especially for the morning of lol, no cornettos or sugary cappuccino! The route he took us in beautiful Capo Testa was challenging and memorable and left us completely happy in experiencing such a rugged pretty place! Thank you Luca, we had amazing two weeks exploring your home island and it indeed left a warm unforgettable impression on us! David and Lianna June 2025

The landscape where we walked was amazing making it an incredible and memorable day. Luca was a great guide. The trip was delayed because of rain in the morning - this didn’t bother us. Luca clearly checked out our fitness and abilities and adjusted the walk accordingly. There are easier and harder routes but I’m sure all would be as stunning as ours. We managed a swim on the way to the walk and an ice cream on the way back. I’d say it was an energetic day but not hard core or only for athletes. Strongly recommended.
