Please save your money. I know these experiences are convenient but it’s really not worth your money. If you rented a car during your time in Florence, just drive to a cantina and have a REAL wine tasting experience. As an Italian myself this is just a tourist trap because I’ve been to real cantinas in Florence where the whole wine process is showed while visiting the winery and you’re given amazing food to pair with the wine. The group and I only visited 2 “wineries” but the second place is just a room where they sell products. When we go to the first “winery” I understood pretty quickly that they’re just selling products and that’s basically all they did. Also, they served old dry bread during the “wine tastings” I nearly choked on the bread… my nonna would be scandalized. The only positive is meeting the Italian guide from Naples and meeting new individuals from all over the world.

So much fun! Lots of good wine, an education about it, and some tasty snacks. Great guide and driver. The van was well air conditioned.

Our tour guide, Angela, and driver Alessio could not have been better! The tour itself included two wineries. We did not know what to expect but everything exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely do this again when traveling.
