We went on the half-day trip from Florence to the wine-tastings (two stops) in the Tuscany countryside on a showery day. Jonathan, our guide, was excellent, and Francesco, the driver was a careful driver. Both Chianti wineries we visited gave good tours and tastes of fine wines. We actually found one of them to have, along with fine wines, the best extra virgin olive oil we have found anywhere, so bought some and will order more back in the States.

The winery’s were absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide in Jonathan. He was so lively, informative, and personable with our group. We had a lot of fun!

We had an amazing Chianti wine tour with lovely hosts Jonathan and Francesco. From start to finish, the experience was excellent and felt truly personalised. We visited two great wineries with very knowledgeable producers who are passionate about their region. The wine selection was outstanding, with fantastic variety and quality. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable Chianti experience.

Everything was wonderful! The guide was great and the transportation exceeded my expectations. Generous samplings of wine and food.

Tour guide is very professional. Each of the two wineries provided four different wines for tasting. Couple of the wines are made with grapes that you can only find either in their vineyards or in that region.

This was a last minute addition to our itinerary and it was a welcome respite from the tourism of the city. Escaping into the Tuscan hills like renaissance nobility was exactly what we needed. We visited two wineries, one woman owned and another on an actual noble estate where they not only grow their own grapes and olives but also keep bees and create their own clay amphorae to age some of their wine (the goooood stuff!) the way Etruscans did. There was more food than we expected and it served as an ample lunch of bread, oil, cured meats, and cheeses along with the eight glasses of wine we enjoyed, complete with lots of learning opportunities and a glimpse of the wine cellar. The food, the wine, the Tuscan hills—it was just what we wanted and needed. And it was only about 5 hours instead of many similar tours that are 11 or 12. If you want a half day that is well worth your time and money, do this one.

We did a small group wine tour in Tuscany with Angela Gobbatto and Prestige Rent. Angela was an excellent guide, Friendly, warm, informative and fun. We spent an afternoon in a comfortable bus visiting 2 family owned vineyards sampling wine, vinegar, olive oil, honey and light bites. Even if you are not a wine enthusiast you’ll leave with an appreciation and enjoyment of good wine And the views were gorgeous. Highly recommend this tour while you are in Florence

Wonderful experience! Both vineyards you visit are beautiful, the wine is exquisite, and the entire experience is so worth your time. Leo was a wonderful guide and took the time to answer questions we had afterward about the remainder of our trip. Highly recommend!!
