Due to a few stairs to access wine cellars, this tour is not accessible for those using a wheelchair
Vegetarian & gluteen free, can be accommodated, please advise at time of booking under special requirements.
Wines tasted: reds typical of the Chianti region ( normally Chianti Classico, Riserva, Super Tuscans, Gran Selezione, etc.).
Operates rain or shine, please dress appropriately
Luggage can be stored on the bus during the tour, if needed
Return at departure point: 1:45pm for the 9.00am tour - 7:00pm for the 2:30pm tour. To reserve other activities, allow plenty of time, in case of heavy traffic, etc.
Visited wineries may vary depending on their availability, etc.; they may be 2 of the following Fattoria Montecchio, Casa Emma, San Michele a Torri, Villa Poggio Torselli, Podere Anselmo, Casa di Monte, Tenuta Capponi, Villa i Langi, Tenuta San Vito, etc.
For cruise ship passengers only: if your ship docks at Livorno or La Spezia Port, be advised that the driving time to the meeting point in Florence is approx. 2 hours. Before booking, be sure your ship schedule works with our departure times, and you have your own transportation arranged from the port to Florence and back.

What To Expect
Drive through the Tuscan wine country while your guide introduces you to the great wine culture of Tuscany, sharing interesting info about what you will experience, see and do. Stop to the first winery and taste 3 or more wines, olive oil... Enjoy a short ride admiring the marvellous Tuscan countryside, to the second wine estate, where a tasty cold cuts platter is served and paired with a selection of wines, olive oil, etc.

4.00Easy, relaxed half day trip to two smaller boutique wineries. The staff at both wineries did a great job with tastings and there were lots of snacks, cheese, bread, olive oils, meats etc. The view of the sunset from the vineyard was incredible!!

5.00I booked this tour for my honeymoon and it exceeded my expectations! Our tour guide Jonathan was amazing! He was very personal, and knowledgeable about the wineries we visited. He was also hilarious, and was a cool dude with great taste. Also special thanks to Nino for being extremely kind and getting us there in one piece.

5.00Exploring the Tuscan countryside is a must and this experience is an amazing way to do so. The small group size was perfect for getting to know one another and enjoying amazing wines (and snacks). We visited two wineries, both with stunning properties, and learned a lot along the way. Our guides made the experience so much fun and time just flew by. We left with a new appreciation for all this area brings to the table (wine, olive oil, balsamic, etc.) and had a fabulous time doing so. This is a solid 10 out of 10 experience for anyone!
