What To Expect
Enjoy this Private tour conducted by experienced Tour Guides who lead our guests to Snorkel in one of our best locations next to the Barrier reef of Belize called Hol Chan Marine Reserve where marine life is bustling. We then proceed to Snorkel at Shark Ray Alley with the nurse sharks where we feed them sardines and they are very friendly. Next, we go spotting the Manatees on our way to the Island of Caye Caulker. We then arrive at Caye Caulker where our guests can buy their lunch from some of the best restaurants on the Island. Another epic venue in Caye Caulker is feeding the protected tarpons they love sardines and people feeding them. We also allow our guests to swim at certain spots. Lastly, we take tour guests back to the pickup location and all the excitement comes to an end. Note that Snorkel gear rental and the Reserve entrance fee are not included in the total price.

5.00Alex and his crew are the real deal! He was so great with all the kids - we have two little ones - a 6 year old and a 10 year old - neither have ever snorkeled. He was so attentive and caring that they both did every activity and loved them. The tour itself it’s just magical and the surprises keep coming. I’ve snorkeled a bunch but I would rate this as my best snorkeling trip ever. Huge thumbs up for a wonderful informative and unforgettable day.

5.00This was hands down everyone’s favorite day of our family spring break trip in ambergrys caye. All 7 of us - 6 yo, 10 yo, 16 and 17 yo and adults - were able to enjoy snorkeling hol chon and shark ray alley because alex and his crew went out of their way to make us all feel comfortable and safe while also having a blast. This is a local belizean family run business and you really feel like you’re getting a locals tour of the islands. I never imagined my 6 or 10 year old would swim with nurse sharks or pet sting rays but alex is so good with teaching the kids to snorkel that they both experienced something they’ll remember for life. Our teenagers loved hanging out with the guides swimming in caye caulker. And for us grown ups it was the best guided tour we have taken in any of our travels. Do yourself a favor and book any tour with these guys, we’ll definitely be back!

5.00Good tour although the actual snorkeling was not that long. We saw quite large fish, turtles, sharks and quite a few schools of fish. It is deeper than most reef sites so it was interesting. The guide was very knowledgeable and an accomplished free diver. I would recommend this trip.

5.00We went out with Sunny and Brandon on the HolChan Shark Ray Alley Cay Caulker Manatee Spotting trip and HAD SO MUCH FUN with these two that I booked a second day with them directly through their website. I LOVED THESE GUYS! They wanted to know what our priority was so they could tailor the trip to spend more time doing what we really wanted to do and they were 100% dedicated to making it happen. They were FUN, warm, friendly, happy, and just had such a great vibe. They had fun too!! We saw everything the tour mentioned - we got to explore HolChan which was amazing - and Sunny (our snorkeling guide and boat captain) happens to be a free diver and incredibly knowledgeable about all the sealife which just enhanced an already amazing experience. They spotted a manatee so we swam with the manatee and rays and nurse sharks, fed tarpon, fed the stingrays, had a super relaxing time on Caye Caulker, and just loved our entire experience with Wicked Adventures of Belize. This was by far our favorite tour company and I highly recommend spending as much time with them as possible. You will not be disappointed. I can't wait to go back! They were the highlight of our trip. I felt like we were out for the day on a boat with our friends!

It was our first time snorkeling, and they made the entire experience feel effortless and completely stress-free—even while swimming with sharks! Their calm confidence, clear guidance, and genuine care made us feel safe and excited the whole time. We also took a trip over to Caye Caulker, where Sonny went above and beyond—hooking us up with amazing local street food and showing us some true hidden gems of the island. 5.00If I could give our experience 6 stars, I would. Captain Sonny and Brandon, our Wicked Adventures guides, took my family and I out to Hol Chan and Shark Ray Alley for snorkeling. On our multiple stops around Kaye Caulker, we fed massive tarpons by hand and got to pet friendly sting rays. On this trip we saw sea turtles, nurse sharks (Sonny estimated the largest to be 14'), star fish, sea horses, sting rays, tarpon and countless species of tropical fish. For context, my kiddos are ages 18 (son) and 14 (daughter). My wife is 48-years old and I am 52. Sonny and Brandon were absolutely awesome! Helpful, informative, attentive, funny, personable...absolutely first class!! This was my fourth time to Ambergris Kaye and on future returns to Ambergris Kaye and/or Kaye Caulker, I will only consider Wicked Adventures for our excursions. I could not have been happier with our experience and we made memories that will last a lifetime. Huge thanks to Sonny and Brandon for spending the day with us!!

5.00We had a great time with Wicked Adventures and our captain Sonny. He took us around Hol Chan, we saw eagle rays and turtles. We also went to shark/ray alley. We were able to find the Manatees and jump in to swim around them. We had lunch at Caye Caulker and we also checked out seahorses and hand fed tarpon. Sonny was a great guide, he new exactly what to do, he kept everything fun, moving and kept us engaged (even our 14 yr old daughter). He was great at explaining history, pointing out wildlife and quick with a joke. It was great seeing wildlife and doing activities that aren't just the normal boat, snorkel, go home.
Well worth the extra $ for a private snorkel & Caye Caulker boat adventure!

5.00We simply had an amazing time with Captian Alex of Wicked Adventures of Belize. He was very knowledgeable regarding all the sea life of the area. With one parent from America, and one from Belize he easily connected to us as Americans, yet knows the culture and history of the area. He went above and beyond to point out different types of fish and coral during our snorkeling. It was obvious we were getting to see and learn WAY than the other larger groups around us out there! I can't even count what all we saw up close or got to touch at the various stops we made. Our group of 8 adult adults were very please we decided to book a private tour with Alex and Wicked Adventures vs the other group tours I had been looking at. Since it was private, he was very flexible with what we wanted to do, and how we prefered to break up our day with snokeling and time in Caye Caulker. The manatees were not out the day of our adventure, but hopefully they will be next time. We will not hesitate to book Alex again when we return to San Pedro with our children!
