• Pretty forest ride but group too big

  Was a beautiful ride through the forest. I thought the group of 40+ people was too many for this activity. It slowed down the whole group on many occasions. It was well run but the overalls provided were not warm at all. We used a different tour group for another activity and the clothing was much better.

  Starting early in the morning with icy snow Rob and Jasmin guided us perfectly and safely on a beautiful tour with a small group. With a little bit of sun and snow during the break with a warm drink it looked astonishing! Jasmine you did a good job on your first guided tour!

  ALL GOOD with this company. All employees are courteous. They are very well trained. I made two great tour, first over all with snowmobiling and then other with Husky Dogs. The view was incredible in all tour and the workers all amazing. I realy recomend. For me one of the best company in my trip. Congratulations to all 👏👏👏

  Unfortunately, we found this kind of Skidoo Tour absolutely unacceptable and insufficient, as we have already taken a Skidoo Tour in another area of Finland and had to notice a huge difference here. Positive to mention: the guides were nice. For the weather (much too warm) the organizer can certainly do nothing. The piste corresponded to a runaway wave track, which could be quite easily fixed with a small snow caterpillar every 2 days, as mass tourism takes place here. When booking or on the website, you can expect to be informed about such circumstances. The ride was done only in walking pace and Eco mode. In addition, we had to wait more than drive, as the group always disintegrated, for whatever reason. The journey was not even slower. Even more disappointing was: the way back is identical to the way out. Finally, they waited about 90 minutes for the return transport. Sorry dear organizer: we felt the tour was a profit greed, because the equivalent on our day was worth a third at most. Kind regards,

  The experience was amazing! The tour guides were both kind and well prepared. They thought us how to drive and how to behave with the snowmobile and then they bring us in a tour along the river and the woods of Rovaniemi where we could admire stunning views of the nature, it was fantastic. Before starting the tour they also give you clothes for the cold if you need them.

  We booked a 2-hour snowmobile ride for two people. Unfortunately, the guides took an excessively long time to organize the group, which was clearly too large for them to manage effectively. Once we finally started, we drove for only 10 minutes before making our first stop, where we remained stationary for at least 30 minutes. It was evident that the guides were inexperienced, and the activity was managed very slowly, falling far short of our expectations. After another 20 minutes of driving, the ride was abruptly concluded. Upon returning to the store, we encountered another couple who shared our dissatisfaction with the riding time. The manager’s response was that this is a group activity, and the experience is adjusted according to the group’s size and pace. If this is the case, please do not advertise this as a 2-hour ride, as it is misleading. The manager did not offer any compensation and simply stated, “We are sorry you feel like that.” To our surprise, we later met other participants from our group during a different activity. They informed us that they had also complained and were offered the opportunity to redo the activity later that day, during which they rode for at least 1 hour and 45 minutes. This inconsistency and lack of fairness were extremely frustrating. We hope that future customers do not encounter the same issues with the guides and that the manager handles complaints more appropriately.

  The Best experience ever,everything was extraordinary and magical. And I hâd an extraordinary guide,very experienced,Raul Llopis Verdu.I have no words enough to praise his guiding abilities and his human qualities.   Many thanks for this unforgettable experience ❤️ Thank you very much to the extremely welcoming and professional team.
