It was great that the guide adapted to our wishes and speed. We followed the trail going up and we went straight through the forest going down. Great experience!

We have just finished the snowshoe tour , on 29th December. I just want to express our disappointment as a family. The guide turned up not knowing where to go or what to do. He was following google maps at one point. Infact he said that is was the first time he had ever been snowshoeing and it showed. He didn’t know how to put the shoes on the group. We arrived at a car park at a summit, the proceeded to walk around a tree area in circles for 25 minutes (trip was supposed to be 2 hours). The guide then told us he had never done this before and was his first time. It showed. The tour said walking and being explained about nature of the area etc. we were told nothing. We just walked around in a circle. The other people on our trip were equally as disappointed. I would not recommend this trip for £280 to anyone, it was amateur at best and a complete waste of money. When going on an expensive trip I expect professional and experienced guides for my family. This was dangerous at best with this inexperienced guide. Very disappointed. I have contacted the company but they don’t respond at all. DONT USE THIS TRIP ITS A SCAM. The trip is not as advertised.
