I had a great experience with traventuria, the driver was Nikolai Uzunov, he was great! My plane was seriously delayed (over an hour!) and so even with me rushing and running i missed the transfer by a few minutes. He tried to contact me but it didn't went through (i guess my phone needed time to adjust to another country...). A collegue of his from Traventuria helped me in calling him and Nikolai drove back. I am so very grateful to both! Also comfortable car, driving was fast yet safe (and with snowe y conditions) and we arrived in Bansko ahead of schedule. People that go out of their way like this are rare and it made a big difference to me. I would definetely recommend and i would book again. Thank you!

After being let down by Nero Tours, who abandoned us at the airport despite a pre-paid booking, we rebooked with Traventuria for the airport pick-up and drop off. Traventuria were really pleasant to deal with, completely reliable and provide great service. It was raining heavily when we arrived in Bansko and the driver from Traventuria dropped us at our accommodation, rather than the central drop off location. He went out of his way at the end of his day to help everyone out, giving up his own time. Thank you to the driver and Traventuria!

We used Traventuria for the inbound and outbound Sofia Bansko transfer and the service was excellent. It is the second time we have used them for the transfer and I would have no hesitation in booking with Traventuria again. The online booking is easy and so is payment including the option of paypal. Email confirmations take the worry out of the process and the pick up at the airport and at the resort was on time and easy. Our flight arrived in the early hours of the morning but the driver was there ready. All the drivers and helpful and professional and the vehicles are an excellent standard. My ski equipment rental turned out to be with Traventuria via a discount voucher online - I will be booking direct with Traventuria next time as their ski rental services are excellent too.
