It is the oldest botanical garden in Belgium. When the university of Leuven created this garden for its students of medicine in 1738. Botany lovers can enjoy the diverse plant collection.
It is one of the best known Gothic town halls' worldwide and it took 3 different architects more than 30 years to built it. Visiting the town hall you can expect to see 235 statues added to the facade in 1850.
