The experience take place in the seaview grandmother villa, where we live together from when i was born. Are you ready to discover the unique flavors of the local cuisine transmitted by my grandmother, while exploring our traditional Italian lifestyle? The experience is hands-on and you can learn some valuable cooking skills and tips.
Here you will be the chef and the diner, learning to cook the specialties of our cuisine, handed down to me by my grandmother!
You will learn new cooking techniques, all from the scratch that you can easily replicate at home, such as learning how to make gnocchi, eggplant parmesan and the typical tiramsù. You will be completely immersed in the Italian lifestyle in a convivial atmosphere among lemon and olive trees, and I show you also how we produce olive oil and limoncello. My goal is that this experience remains in your mind but above all in your heart!

Here, you will learn the secrets of the most famous Italian recipes in a convivial atmosphere, surrounded by lemon and olive trees, in front of Sorrento bay.The sea breeze that will cross your nostrils will become one of the basic ingredients of your dishes, making them unique and remember to don’t forget passion! Here, you will prepare healthy and authentic meals, using the best local ingredients collected from the family garden, and you will drink local wine and limoncello after relaxing with a welcoming coffee and enjoying with us. We will be happy also to tell you something about our life, our aspirations and passions, exchanging opinions, suggestions and advices. We wish that you will able to cook Italian dish at home transmitting to your guests what you have learned, but above all we wish that this experience will remain in your mind and in your heart.

5.00A truly refined and exemplary experience! This family-owned and operated cooking experience was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Italy. We visited with two families of four, including both adults and teenagers, and every one of us had an incredible time. From beginning to end, the entire experience was flawlessly orchestrated. The hosts have clearly perfected every detail. The son, who served as the master of ceremonies, brought such infectious energy, warmth, and charisma that he made everyone feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Perfectly timed Italian music added to the atmosphere throughout, making the experience feel authentic, lively, and unforgettable. The pacing was impeccable. We moved effortlessly from one activity to the next, with every transition feeling natural and unhurried. By the time we had finished preparing our meal and were relaxing outside with a glass of delicious vino, the dining room had been beautifully prepared for us to sit down and enjoy the feast we had created together. It wasn’t just a cooking class—it was a thoughtfully curated experience that celebrated Italian hospitality, family, food, and culture. We left with wonderful memories, full stomachs, and smiles on our faces. Perfetto!

5.00This was a wildly enjoyable experience! I attended with my sister (26 & 24) and we had such a blast in a group of ~30 participants that evening. The food was delicious, the hosts were so hospitable, and the views from their home were magical! It was so amazing to create our favorite dishes (Gnocchi and Tiramisu) and also try out a new favorite, eggplant parmesan! What a wonderful way to connect with the culture while having such a blast. I would highly recommend attending this course while you are in Sorrento, and expect to have lots of wine, cooking, and FUN! This is also a great activity for any age, as there was a wide range of attendees (from ~10-60 years old); super approachable and accessible activity for all! Very immersive and collaborative too.
