1.00We booked a pick up at the Southampton cruise terminal several months ago. 4 days before our cruise was to start I received an email from the cruise company with a change of port disembarkation. I immediately called Viator and told them the situation. I was told it was all taken care of. When we arrived yesterday, there was no vehicle to pick us up. Called Viator as the cell number for the driver was not working. The woman I was speaking to tried to re-book another vehicle at over $200.00 more. I was told I will be getting a refund for the booking that never happened. We have used Viator many other times, but this one was a complete failure.
