Tourism should give back to the communities, therefore we do not go to any bars that give commissions, nor are motivated by discounts, unlike other tours might be.
We pay full price to family owned bars, preserving their businesses, traditions, and maintaining the reality of the culture in order to present the true image of the city without disrupting the good coexistence amongst locals and visitors.
No pre-set menu, the tour tailored for each individual member according to their restrictions, allergies, and preferences (Vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, celiac and/or any other allergy). You will go to local bars where you can experience tapas in a friendly environment. We will also give you the best recommendations for the rest of your stay in the city.
And of course, wine is also included, but not the well-known and easy to find Spanish wine, we go off the beaten path so you can drink our rare wines from a different regions of Spain.

What To Expect
Our meeting point, we will get to know each other and the rest of the group.
El Poble Sec
We will go to four different local bars, in each one you will have different tapas and a glass of wine, every wine will be from a different region of Spain so you get a little taste of the whole country in one evening! The tapas will fit your personal taste, restrictions and/or allergies. The flavors will be also different. We will provide vegan and vegetarian options, the menu is not pre-set, tailored on the spot for you by your guide.

5.00Great tour with Moises, excellent communications ahead of the tour. He messaged to let us know it would only be the two of us and gave us the option to continue or to postpone to another day with a larger group. We chose to go ahead so that we could get some tips for the rest of our stay in Barcelona. Even though it was just two of us with Moises the evening flowed really well. My wife is vegan and Moises was able to accommodate that and tailored the choices at each stop to our preferences. We went back to one of stops a couple of days later (once you've had the 3rd best patatas bravas in Spain it kind of ruins most other options!)

5.00Great tour of local tapa bars with almost pre-customized selections. Ophelie made it fun. Just be ready for 4 drinks. (The vermouth and the patata braves were amazing). Would definitely recommend Ophilie.

5.00More than just a tour. .. The tour itself is well organised, well paced and delightful. Alasdair turns the tour into an experience. He is the best company; incredibly knowledgeable, cultured, warm, patient and personable. If you're on the fence- don't be! This is worth the time, money and to be honest, you won't forget it!

5.00All I can say is WOW! Moises did a great job creating a comfortable environment to try new things and ask every question we had. He customized the experience to each persons preferences (not easy with 12 girls!) and everything paired great together. I found the places to be unique and Moises had all of the history and background knowledge to really teach us about the town. Thank you for the amazing tour, tapas, and vino!
