Enjoy over 145 years of brewing history as the guides take you through the interactive brewery tour. Learn in a guided small group with a maximum of 15 travelers about all of the ingredients that go into the award-winning brews and hear about the state of the art brewing process used today. The tour ends with a tasting, where you’ll get to enjoy samples of the beer as the knowledgeable guides talk you through the different styles and flavors in the range.

Speight’s Brewery
Visit the iconic Speight's Brewery - located in the heart of Dunedin. Your 75 minute experience will include a tour through both the historic and modern floors of the Brewery that has been located on the same site since the mid 1800's. Finish off the the Tasting Room for up to 20 minutes of Beer appreciation, we will even show you how to pour the perfect beer!

5.00Had a great, unexpectedly 1:1 tour with Marty, who walked me through Speight's fascinating history and beautiful building. I appreciated his passion for Speight's and all the different stories in their history! And of course, being able to sample their lineup was a highlight

5.00Such a wonderful experience, Enrique the duty manager took us through the history of the brewery and the production process and after some interesting facts, we ended the tour tasting different types of beer. A must do if in Dunedin.

5.00Marty gave us a fantastic tour - extremely knowledgeable (and funny), was a great overview of Speight’s history. We didn’t know what to expect coming from the states and not having had Speights before but the tour was awesome and so was the beer!
