Enjoy over 145 years of brewing history as the guides take you through the interactive brewery tour. Learn in a guided small group with a maximum of 15 travelers about all of the ingredients that go into the award-winning brews and hear about the state of the art brewing process used today. The tour ends with a tasting, where you’ll get to enjoy samples of the beer as the knowledgeable guides talk you through the different styles and flavors in the range.

What To Expect
Speight’s Brewery
Visit the iconic Speight's Brewery - located in the heart of Dunedin. Your 75 minute experience will include a tour through both the historic and modern floors of the Brewery that has been located on the same site since the mid 1800's. Finish off the the Tasting Room for up to 20 minutes of Beer appreciation, we will even show you how to pour the perfect beer!

5.00Thomas our brewery tour guide was excellent. He was so full of knowledge working as a brewer and guide at Speight’s Brewery. Lovely to learn about the history of this famous brewery as well as learning how beer is made. The beer tasting at the end topped off a fun experience. I would highly recommend doing this tour if you are visiting Dunedin!!

5.00My friend and I did the guided tour and tasting with Thomas and it was fantastic. He was a friendly and knowledgeable guide. The tasting at the end was yummy too. Definitely worth the price, great to learn about this historic brewery.

5.00Had a great, unexpectedly 1:1 tour with Marty, who walked me through Speight's fascinating history and beautiful building. I appreciated his passion for Speight's and all the different stories in their history! And of course, being able to sample their lineup was a highlight
