Enjoy over 145 years of brewing history as the guides take you through the interactive brewery tour. Learn in a guided small group with a maximum of 15 travelers about all of the ingredients that go into the award-winning brews and hear about the state of the art brewing process used today. The tour ends with a tasting, where you’ll get to enjoy samples of the beer as the knowledgeable guides talk you through the different styles and flavors in the range.

What To Expect
Speight’s Brewery
Visit the iconic Speight's Brewery - located in the heart of Dunedin. Your 75 minute experience will include a tour through both the historic and modern floors of the Brewery that has been located on the same site since the mid 1800's. Finish off the the Tasting Room for up to 20 minutes of Beer appreciation, we will even show you how to pour the perfect beer!

5.00Awesome experience to learn about both the city and the art of brewing, didn’t know what to expect especially as kiwis ourselves but thoroughly enjoyed every part of it and delighted with the new knowledge we’ve obtained! Our tour guide Thomas was great and massively friendly, super insightful and well informed/experienced in the field, so a huge bonus to anyone wanting to pique their interest of brewing. Would definitely recommend!

5.00The Speights tour is definitely worth the time on a Dunedin trip. One of the best brewery tours I have done and would 100% go back. Our guide Marty was fantastic, and the other staff present were so friendly, welcoming & accommodating. Get yourself there asap!

5.00I had a great time, we were a small group being just the two of us. Because we were a small group, we got to see a few things that larger groups don’t tend to get to see. Marty gave a great tour, was very informative, and funny as well. You get plenty of beer in the tasting room to make it worth it.
